5 cuddling stars!!
It's not a secret that I'm a huge Helena's Fan. I fell in love with her words in Clipped Wings and she hasn't changed my mind since. I love how she can write so well angst and light reads. I love her comedic time, and more than that I love how she can write so many lovable characters.
I Flipping Love you, for me, is the best book in the Shacking Up Series. Pierce is amazing and I wanted to protect Rian since the beginning. Now I'm really hoping that Lawson book is next.

I've absolutely loved all the books in the Shacking Up series, but this one is by far my favorite.

I love Rian (pronounced just like Ryan, but with an i). She is sassy, she is smart and she is just a character that anyone can relate to. Her relationship with her twin sister, Marley, is hilarious! I giggled a few times reading their interactions.

Rian runs into Pierce at the grocery store and lets just say their first meeting was priceless. Pierce comes across as a major a-hole, but is a hottie.

“That asshole was hot, which are two of your favorite qualities in a man. And rich. He’s a rich, hot asshole. And he thinks you’re hot.”

Despite only rating a 2 out of 10 in compatibility, there is no deny the hot chemistry between the two.

I would say this is a perfect summer time romantic comedy but I know that I will be reading this again and again year round when I want to escape to the beach at the Hampton's.

Helena Hunting did not disappoint with this swoon worthy story!

“I Flipping Love You” follows Amie’s brother, Pierce as he ditches Manhattan for the Hamptons for the summer. Rian and her twin, Marley, are a real estate duo trying to establish themselves in the Hamptons. Through a series of misfortunate events and mistaken identity, Rian and Pierce meet and the chemistry flows off the pages from the first zing. Pierce tries to wear Rian down for a date, but she is stubborn. Eventually, she caves and hopes for a summer fling. This is a must read for Hunting fans. Rian reminds me a little of Violet (“Pucked”) with her gracefulness and ability to always be embarrassed. This was a great story and I hope there’s more to come in the series!

I Flipping Love You was a nice and easy read, pretty much drama free with lots of laughs and the chemistry between Pierce and Rian was off the charts. I loved this book and was so happy to read a sweet romance with characters that were able to keep your interest the whole time. I can't wait for more.

I always know I will have an enjoyable time reading a Helena Hunting story! She seems to effortlessly provide a funny, sweet, sexy, romantic story with clever banter.

When Rian (or as she says, ‘Rian with an ‘i and not a y’ to everyone) meets Pierce in a grocery store, things are not as they seem and it goes downhill quickly. This is just the first of many hilarious encounters between the two. As the incident is clarified, Pierce wants to see her but she’s not having anything to do with him. It gets funnier as Pierce keeps contacting Rian and she turns him down. They keep running into each other unexpectedly, which Pierce thinks is Karma and Rian thinks is just bad timing.

Rian has good reason not to trust good looking, rich men and she’s not willing to share her background. This is one time that the male is just such a good guy, you can’t help but root for him! There is great chemistry from their first meeting, with Pierce determined to see more of Rian and she somewhat reluctantly spends more time with him. Pierce definitely has his work cut out for him with Rian who is strong, independent and quite stubborn!

There is some information throughout the story about a family scandal and why Rian is so wary. I can’t imagine how Rian and her twin sister, Marley, can trust anyone after what they’ve lived through and it was quite heartbreaking. Rian and Marley are so different from each other which adds to the fun.

I enjoyed the real estate purchases and flipping houses scenes in the Hampton’s between Rian, Marley, Pierce, and his brother, Lawson. Rian and Marley work as a team of realtors and are saving to buy a house to flip. Pierce, a patent lawyer at his father’s firm, lost his concentration reading documents and after a debacle, he decides to stay with his brother for the summer as they look at houses to buy and either flip or rent. He loves the work but believes he won’t have the financial security like he does as an attorney.

Pierce’s sister, Amalie is funny and I can’t believe that I’ve missed her story in this series. Lawson seems like a real jerk, so I would imagine his story will be told also.

I found myself laughing-out-loud many times between the scenes, the banter, and the hilarious names given for the male anatomy and Rian’s form of cursing. Pierce has some of the funniest, sexiest, and romantic comments! I love epilogues and this was a short but sweet one. Pierce really nailed his unique special efforts and I was left with happy sigh.

Thanks to the publisher, author and Netgalley for the opportunity to read this early copy.

Oh geez, this was cute! Rian and her sister Marley are Real Estate agents in the Hamptons and one day want to buy back the Mansion they spent their teenage years in. They run into Pierce a few times throughout the first few chapters and it takes a few attempts for Pierce to get through to Rain because she’s a bit stubborn. And a math genius. Secrets, ups and downs and great sex is promised in this book and Helena Hunting does not disappoint!

I received an eBook copy from NetGalley and the publisher for an honest review.

Another winner for me from Helena Hunting!! I Flipping Love You checked all the boxes for me. Great characters, great chemistry, great banter and all the feels. Rian and Pierce, from their first meeting to the end had me hooked. I laughed, cried and swooned all through this book! Playing off characters from Hooking Up, so we get to see Amalie and Lex too. I laughed a lot reading this one because there were too many encounters that you couldn't help but imagine happening. I loved the chemistry and banter between this pair. Their sexy times were smokin and at times funny at the same time. I loved the gnomes. I loved that Pierce fought for Rian, even when Rian was being insecure and letting her fears get the better of her. The epilogue was perfect too.

I loved the chemistry between Pierce and Rian. Pierce went after what he wanted. Rian tried to keep her distance but Pierce was one pushy assertive man. They made for one entraining couple. Could not wait to see where the story would go. A must read.

I generally enjoy Helena Hunting's writing. I thought the main characters had chemistry, but I found the plot to be full of holes. I find it hard to believe that teenagers would be stuck with their parents debt. The male lead walks away from a law career, and an easy to solve legal problem, and partially takes on flipping houses. The characters problems just didn't seem even remotely realistic.

Rian and her sister overcame awful circumstances surrounding her family and the family home and after years on their own, have become successful realtors and house flippers. Pierce is a lawyer that is burned out and screwed a few things up, so he's in the Hamptons for the summer with his brother to take care of some rental properties and possibly flip some new ones.

The chemistry between Rian and Pierce was off the charts, definitely adding that spark of romance to this novel, but what I loved so much about it was how real and normal Rian was. She wasn't some fancy, famous, wealthy woman but just a hard worker with big dreams. She was beautiful, yet modest, and I loved her from the beginning.

I don't know what else to say about Pierce except, I love him. He is fabulous and I want one just like him!

I Flipping Love You is smart, funny, addictive, romantic, and just a wonderful, quick read - especially for a day on the beach. It's not all rainbows and roses, there is plenty of conflict, but I was smiling or laughing through most of the novel. I highly recommend this one!

This is a fun, humorous romance book. I laughed at all of the characters. It was a fun storyline too.

I FLIPPING LOVE YOU is a super cute story about flipping houses in the Hamptons, moving on from past hurts, and being brave enough to take a chance on love.

Rian (like Ryan but with an i instead of a y) and Pierce seem like an unlikely couple on the surface, but sparks fly when an case of mistaken identity leads to a chance encounter at a grocery store. Despite the couple's obvious chemistry, Rian is hesitant to get involved with a man who isn't a safe bet and Pierce is anything but safe. Regardless, Rian's reluctance is no match against Pierce's charm and good looks, and the two quickly find themselves swept up in a whirlwind romance.

I FLIPPING LOVE YOU is a feel good love story that makes you laugh. It's the perfect beach read! It's also the third novel in the SHACKING UP series but can easily be read as a standalone. In fact, I didn't initially realize this book was a series standalone, but I absolutely loved both SHACKING UP and HOOKING UP and this fact is an unexpected and added bonus for me!

*A big thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for allowing me to read an advanced copy of this book. The thoughts expressed in this review are my own personal opinions and have been written in my own words.

So stinkin’ cute! I really enjoyed this book. There is depth with all the family drama but a ton of heart and a lot of wittiness. The gnomes were hilarious.

I Flipping Love You is the perfect beach read. It’s light and fun with a cast of bold personalities and a sexy romance that’ll leave you with a smile.

I’ve heard a lot of great things about Helena Hunting’s books, so I came into I Flipping Love You with fairly high expectations. Confession time: I didn’t like this book when I started it. At first, I found Pierce to be shallow and arrogant, Rian to be a flat character, and the comedic moments weren’t funny to me at all. It wasn’t bad, but the advertised romantic comedy felt more like one of those forgettable romcoms you keep on in the background and forget two minutes after it ends. That being said, I’m so glad I stuck with this book because I ended up thoroughly enjoying it.

After the first third of the book, I grew to care about Pierce and Rian and I loved peeling back the layers of their characters. While he is cocky, Pierce shows himself to be a wonderfully sweet hero with a good heart and a sense of humor. He’s a patent lawyer who wants to get out of the family business but is worried about disappointing his father. It’s clear Pierce is more suited to doing renovations than he is filing patents and I could see why he was so determined to prove that he could make his new career choice work. As for Rian, she is a brilliant and fun heroine whose family history has made her wary of trusting anyone other than her twin, Marley. Her father conned people out of millions before he and her mother abandoned Rian and Marley, leaving them a pile of debt. The two of them have had to work their way up from nothing and now their dream of flipping houses is about to become a reality. Rian’s biggest dream is to buy back and renovate their grandmother’s mansion in the Hamptons and I was rooting for her all the way. Of course, her dream and Pierce’s lead them to be in competition over properties, which leads to some fun moments.

I Flipping Love You starts off with a lot of banter and sexual tension, but when things heat up, the book really hits it stride. Pierce and Rian fit each other perfectly in bed and out and I liked seeing them work together just as much as I enjoyed the romantic storyline. It isn’t always smooth sailing for these two; Rian has trouble letting herself trust in Pierce and there are a couple external obstacles in their way as well. But all in all, theirs is a fun, sexy romance that’s easy to become invested in once Pierce convinces Rian to give him a chance.

I Flipping Love You is the third book in Ms. Hunting’s Shacking Up series, but it can easily be read as a standalone. Pierce’s sister, Amalie (the heroine of Hooking Up), does play a small supporting role and I will definitely be reading her book because she was a ton of fun and captured my interest from the start. So if you’re looking for a book to sweep you away to the Hamptons for the summer, this sassy, sunny tale is for you.

A steamy and humorous contemporary romance between a rich lawyer/flipper stung in the past in a relationship and a poor flipper/real estate agent, with a past she's ashamed of.
When they first lay eyes on each other in the grocery store, he mistakes her for her sister. Even though he is furious with Marley, Rian's twin, he becomes obsessed with Marley.
Rian is drawn very strongly towards Pierce even as he sister is texting her furiously they must leave NOW.
Pierce grabs Rian to insist she pay for the hit-and-run she had no part in and she's stunned until Marley fesses up. So starts the unlikely relationship of Pierce and Rian.
Misunderstandings and miscommunications abound through their steamy summer, aided by Marley and Pierce's brother Lawson as Pirce helps the ladies with their flip.
An honest heart-to-heart clears the way for the couple's HEA.
If you like your romances steamy and humorous, you'll definitely love this tale.
I was offered an ARC from NetGalley for my honest opinion. This tale is a winner.

This is the 3rd book in the Shacking Up series and can absolutely be read as a stand alone book. This one is about Rian Sutter and Pierce Whitfield. Rian grew up in the Hampton's and have been there since her parent's lost everything. Her and her sister buy and sell real estate there to make ends meet, they are also trying to get into flipping houses to improve their finances even more. Pierce is a lawyer but he is not in love with his career. He would much rather be renovating a house than anything else. They meet in a completely unorthodox way, and then because they are both trying to do the same thing, they start competing for the same pieces of real estate. Which just ups the rivalry and the sparks between them.

This is the first book I have read by this author. And I have to say it definitely won't be my last! I loved it! Rian and Pierce made me laugh from the very first meeting! They both tend to be snarky and I loved how their interactions went from the beginning! Throw in her sister and his siblings? And it made it even better!! They had an off the wall attraction and it made those scenes HOT! Throw in the fact that neither thought they truly wanted a relationship (Rian because of what her parents did and Pierce because of what his idiot ex did to him) and the story that plays out between them is a beautiful thing to read! I loved this one so much I decided to go back and buy the ones before this in the series just because this author hooked me from the start. A great read!

Oh this starts off with the cutest meet-cute. Who doesn't love a good looking man, in a suit, in the grocery store?

I love the deep passion we see right off the bat with Pierce when he stares down Rian (Ryan with an i). This whole opening scene at the grocery store just completely drew me in.

Once that is over, we step into the world of real estate in the Hamptons. Rian's backstory is so heartbreaking. I just can't comprehend any set of parents doing that. Like at all. It's crazy pants to me.

Rian is so strong of will, and Pierce is strong in desire it makes for some very funny back and forth. I love that Rian stood her ground for a bit. I mean one can only resist the hot guy for so long. I get you girl. I get you.

I was very worried about the angst of the story. I didn't want what Rian believed to be true and was happy when it wasn't.

I loved the side characters. Her sister and his brother (please be more stories to follow). Of course we see a bit of Lex and Amalie from Hooking Up. It took a bit for me to get the connection to the series, but once we find out it's via Amalie I fell more in love with the story.

I FLIPPING LOVED this story.
