I flipping can't even with this flipping book!
Are you serious? Pierce is AMAZING...in a hard working, chunk of hunk kind of way. He has money, but doesn't rely on his good looks and charm to get him places. He works hard...with his hands...and hammers and drills and stuff, but the most important part is he is not afraid to get sweaty or dirty.
He has met his march in Rian with i not a y. Rian is strong and fierce and won't back down...she also is not interested in Pierce's advances.
These two make bickering seem like an art form...a hot art form.
I will NEVER again look at a dryer again the same way...talk about the spin cycle!
Also I will never again think its NOT dangerous to have sex on the sand...hello sand bugs...
Come to think of it these two did it in a lot of places. If y'all don't flip for Pierce your eyes are broken!
THIS IS A MUST READ...it's sexy, and emotional with exact amount of Helena Hunting humor we all love and need.

This book is adorable from from the first to last sentence. Told in alternating pov this enemies to lovers made me smile like an idiot and laugh out loud. I just love that Rian is normal, aside from the numbers, she's fairly sane and hard working toward a big goal. Her twin Marley is a bit of a handful, but Rian seems to manage her well enough. Pierce while quite well off is a normal guy with a bit of a snugly side. The guy has a three legged dog named Trip, what's not to love? Pierce is my favorite book boyfriend this year!

I won't give the story away because I hate that! All parties in the Hamptons are real estate obsessed and flipping or renting is the name of the game right now. Everybody has a secret and some are bigger than others, but none that can't be overcome. There are some very heartfelt moments that had me dabbing a tear or two. The main characters as well as secondary characters are vivid and fully entertaining. I thoroughly enjoyed this book!

Flipping houses has never been so sexy or fun. I Fipping Love You is an amazing read. I loved every moment of banter between Rian and Pierce. The fight of attraction is so much fun. Seriously Rian and Pierce will have laughing out loud and fanning yourself. I couldn't put this down. I love how Rian can hold her own with Pierce and her sister Marely. The sisters are hilarious. Even though this is book 3 in the Shacking Up series you can totally read as standalone. Helena Hunting delivers one heck of a rom-com.

This was such a great read that I enjoyed from the first chapter to the last! When I first got the book, I did not realize that the book was part of the series and about Amalie's brother Pierce but once I figured out the connection I sooo flipping loved this book that much more. Pierce and Rian were such a great couple. I enjoyed their encounters from their first meeting. They were such a fun couple that both had issues and a past but when together they were just a well written couple with chemistry. I just enjoyed Pierce and Rian from the start and could not get enough of them and could recommend this book to others.
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC copy of this book.

Helena Hunting has given us a great novel to enjoy this summer at the beach! I thoroughly enjoyed this story of Rian Sutter and her twin sister Marley who are real estate agents on Long Island. Their goal is to move on from the checkered past of their family and make a killing in the Hamptons real estate market so they can purchase their grandmother's home, where they spent some of the happiest moments of their childhoods. However, a chance encounter in a supermarket with the devastatingly handsome Pierce Whitfield could change Rian's life forever and bring her dreams crashing down around her.

Sexy and sultry, this novel will keep you interested to the final page. Thanks to NetGalley for making it available to me for review.

This was a feel good story.

I love when characters meet right in the first chapter. You get more time with them and become more invested in them as people and as a couple.

There were funny parts through out this book. I would catch myself smiling from ear to ear at some of the things that were said and did.

Rian and Pierce are so amazing together! I loved both of them. Not once did either get on my nerves or make me want to stop reading. I enjoyed them together.

This book had a strong leading couple with fun banter and steamy chemistry. Rian and Pierce were enjoyable to read as a couple. The way they first meet was clever, and their strong wills, witty playfulness, and some silly situations made it a good read.

There were things that detracted from my enjoyment, however. I did enjoy the brief encounters we had with Pierce's sister and found her endearing. She is the only sibling in the book that I enjoyed. I found Lawson and Marley to be a little too full of attitude (or something I couldn't quite put my finger on) to make them likable.

Also, Rian as a couple was fine, but she didn't make for a great sister. You continuously read about how they are all the other has and how they have had to take care of each other and that they have these dreams together, but as soon as a man comes along, Rian ditches her sister. Even on the day Rian and Marley are supposed to celebrate that they made a huge step toward their dreams by purchasing a house to flip, Rian spends the night with Pierce with no regard to her sister being alone. Even in the epilogue, what was originally Rian and Marley's dream is coming to fruition, but it has now become Rian and Pierce's dream. There isn't even mention of Marley...Is she part of it? Does she live there? Is she off living some other life?

Overall, Pierce saved this for me. I loved his gentlemanly yet sexy ways and his sense of humor. This is a good romance, but for me, other things distracted me. I do recommend giving this book a try; I may be a bit more sensitive to some of the secondary characters than others will be, which just leaves swoony romance and many good laughs to enjoy.

I ended this one with a big smile on my face! I wanted to hug my iPad after that epilogue. I think this one is my favorite out of the whole series. I was all about Pierce in this one. He had me giggling at some parts, loves to cuddle and he was quite smitten with Rian. Their first encounter had me chuckling. Rian was trying really hard to resist his charming ways, but once she caves, chemistry exploded all over the place! I seriously could read more with these two, I just loved them.

A big thank you to NetGalley and St Martin's Press for the ARC. I am voluntarily reviewing this book. First time reading this author. I truly got a kick out of this book. I can in no way imagine myself in these situations, but it seemed plausible. I liked the main characters, the brother not so much. Kept me guessing, and laughing. I think most romance readers will like this book. It does have some explicit sex. I rate it a 4.5.

Whenever I open up a Shacking Up book by Helena Hunting I'm looking forward to her charismatic characters, her funny and heartwarming plots, and the sizzling and hot chemistry between the main characters.

I FLIPPING LOVE YOU had all of the above.

It was a sweet and easy romance, with a sexy side that kept me flipping pages. I loved the feel good feel of the story. Especially the main couple, Pierce and Rian (with an i) impressed me with their mature and grounded personalities. They were the heart and soul of the book and they carried the responsibility well.

HH did a fabulous job of making me fall in love with Pierce and Rian. They were drama free, handled sticky events with grace and open mindedness. No rash actions from either one. I can say that I FLIPPING LOVE YOU was a delight from beginning to end. Its my favorite SHACKING UP novel so far, and all thanks to the main couple.

Whenever Pierce and Rian where together the air sizzled and they had a hard time keeping their fingers of each other. But besides the sexy times, the couple really put effort into making their relationship work. I adored that most of all. Both equally thought before they acted, it was honestly refreshing and utterly satisfying. I would have loved to read a bit more about the flipping and remodeling aspect of the plot, but besides that it was a wonderful romance that I can only recommend.

If you love HH's writing, and you love a good romance that makes you feel good  - you MUST give I FLIPPING LOVE YOU a try. It was sweet, passionate, sexy, but also heartwarming and touching. A perfect light-hearted, quick and easy romance for a Saturday afternoon.

I fell in love with Helena Hunting when I read “The Pucked” series. The story of Pierce and Rian is the perfect story. Humor, laugh out loud situations and whit. Sadness and happiness. Characters are well written and in-depth so you feel you know and really like them. Rian has an identical twin, Marley. Girls were left on their own at age 18 by criminal parents who left the girls to deal with the mess they left behind. Pierce is a patent lawyer who messed up a deal concerning his fathers company and is taking the summer off at his fathers insistence as punishment for the deed. The girls and Pierce along with his brother, Lawson, all end up living in the Hamptons, buying and flipping houses. HEA and highly recommend this book.

I Flipping Love You is kind of like cotton candy for me. It's sweet but unsubstantial. Mostly though, it's completely predictable. I liked the characters, the story was nice, but there was nothing that particularly set it apart from any other book in this genre.

The beginning seemed excessively wordy to me, and then either I got used to the author's style or she relaxed into telling her story. It did get better though. However, I was put off by several word choices that made the characters seem extremely immature. Somehow words like "superfun" and "peen" sort of jarred me right out of the story.

Anyway, I have liked this author's work in the past better than this. I'll give this one 3.5 stars and hope the next one is more substantial.

I was given an ARC in exchange for my honest review.

A complete and utter feel good romantic comedy following Rian Sutter and Pierce Whitfield (brother of Amalie in book 2 of the Shacking Up series). I loved how they got to know each other, thanks to Rian’s twin sister, and from that very first meeting Ryan was hilarious, I just loved getting into her mindset, I could really relate to her. After they keep bumping into each other at various unrelated places, Rian finally gives in to Pierce’s numerous requests to go out on a date. They are so well matched, but sadly due to the fact they are both holding back parts of themselves things start to get a little complicated. I love Helena Hunting’s writing, her stories are well written with lots of humour, some emotion (I did shed a tear at one point), and lots of sexy time. I do hope there is a book 4 in the pipeline, I can think of at least 2 characters I would love to hear more about. A full five star read that I couldn’t put down. I received an advanced copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley. This is my honest review.

I flipping loved it! Pierce and Rian were amazeballs and holy hot pocket what a fantastic read. Their first meeting was so funny. I fell in love right then and knew that this couple would steal my heart. I also admired all of Rian's way around curse words. It was adorable. This story was so fun and witty. The banter between the Pierce and Rian was just icing on top of the cake. It was also refreshing seeing Amalie again. Hunting wrote an amazing love story that was so unique and fresh.
I have so many highlighted quotes. My favorite.."Even your muscles have muscles. It's like the big ones are having sex with each other and making new little ones under there." I about died from the laughter!
A completely different twist to the world of house flipping, buying and selling.

Thanks to netgalley for the opportunity!

I was kindly sent an ARC copy of this book from St. Martin's press. I read book 1 in this series late last year and it was lots of fun. However, I was a little concerned that I'd be missing something in this book because I haven't read book 2.

Luckily, this book can be read as a standalone and at no point did I feel as though I'd 'missed-out' on anything by not reading the previous book.

This author has a really snappy, fun writing style. The pace is great and at no point did I feel bored or want to stop reading.

Once I got past the first chapter (which I struggled with a little as I didn't initially take to Rian), things definitely took a turn for the better. The introduction of Marley really made things much better for me, she's funny, witty and feisty and so is Rian as the book moves on, particularly during her interactions with Pierce who really brings out the best in her.

Pierce is crazy hot, and there's plenty of chemistry between him and Rian. What I really enjoyed about this book was that some of the 'dirtier' scenes were heavily laden with comedy.

There's a scene featuring Pierce in a very suspect 'outfit' that works brilliantly thanks to a firecracker of an elderly woman and her perfectly dirty humour.

The romance in this novel is not slow-burn, it's hot and heavy and moves really quickly but the pace works really well and I read the novel super quick; in just two short sittings.

It was definitely a fun and sexy book that fans of the series will devour. So, if you like your romance heavy, your guys hot, your heroines smart-mouthed and hard-working, and a heavy dose of comedy mixed into the pot, you'll love I Flipping Love You.

HEA Guaranteed!

3.5 fun-loving stars from me!

**I received an early copy of this title compliments of NetGalley and the publisher in exchange for an honest review**

Helena Hunting is one of the queens of rom-coms! She has a way of crafting characters and stories that draw you in from the first word and keep you engaged until the final word. Her books make you laugh out loud, they give you all the feels and you just don't want to put them down and I Flipping Love You is no exception!

Rian Sutter is a strong woman. She's been through a lot in her young life and she and her sister Marley have largely relied on one another over the past decade. She's beautiful, she's brilliant, she's fierce and she and Marley are trying to get their Hamptons real estate business off the ground. More than anything, Rian wants to feel stable and settled.

While spending the summer in the Hamptons, Pierce Whitfield is doing what he wants for once in his life. He's away from the City and his lawyer job and he's mowing the lawn, spending time with his brother and his dog and refurbishing houses that the two of them are purchasing as rental properties. The handsome is thinking that his summer will be uncomplicated, but that's likely wishful thinking!

When Rian and Pierce "run into" one another, the chemistry is immediate and off the charts! While they may not see eye to eye, they continue to find themselves in the same places and in one another's orbit. Will these two figure out a way to embrace the undeniable sparks between them or will the real estate they are competing over drive a wedge between them?

I thoroughly enjoyed this book from the second I started reading. I laughed within the first minute and kept right on going as I made my way through the book. I found myself rooting for Rian and Pierce and I hurt when they hurt, laughed when they laughed and I just wanted the best for the both of them. There was just something about this book that I connected with so strongly. It is a fantastic addition to the "Shacking Up" series and even if you haven't read the first two, you can read this one as a standalone without any issues. And you should - it's that good!

This book had it all...fabulous characters, the best combination of spice and sex as well as a storyline that had great romance and laugh out loud comedy. Rian and Pierce are the perfect characters to not only work together but also fall in love. From the fixer upper to the mansion on the hill, I could not put this book down and once again Helena Hunting does not disappoint.

Loved Peirce and Rian......these two made my day.........funny and smart that's Rian.....and she falls for straight laced Peirce the lawyer. Loved that he got her best memories back for her.

Another winner by Helena Hunting. I have read every book Ms Hunting has ever written. She is my go to author.
Of course this book has all the feels and humor.
Love love loved it!
If I could give it 10 stars I would.
Thanks Netgalley and St Martin's Press for this.

I Flipping loved this book, funny, romantic but above all a great feel good read that left me smiling.
Rian meets Pierce in a supermarket where he accuses her of damaging his highly expensive car and driving away. It was in fact Rians twin that caused all the damage. Rian holds her own during this encounter and puts Pierce in his place though attraction and sparks are flying around them.
This continues to be a laugh out loud tale but not without some serious issues they both have.
A thoroughly enjoyable book that will put a smile on your face.
My thanks to net galley and publisher St Martins paperbacks for the opportunity to review this book.
