This was super cute and a quick read. I loved the chapter titles, the sisters, and half the brothers.. lol Rian and Pierce are so perfect for each other. I really enjoyed the house flipping, and the fact that the female characters were the ones that were flipping and selling, I loved the little family history we get from the girls. It is a really well written book and it also happens to be the first book I have read by Helena Hunting. It was so sweet and there were some really funny spots! I will definitely be reading more from this author.

Again another amazing read by the fabulous Helena Hunting. I can't wait for her next book!!!

I Flipping Love You was my first Helena Hunting book but it won’t be my last! Loved it! I loved Rian and Pierce. The banter between them was entertaining and the chemistry smoldering hot.

Although a part of a series, it’s a standalone read. I thoroughly enjoyed it despite not having read others in the series.

If you want a funny, sexy read with relatable characters, this is the book for you!

The cover was so fun, the blurb sucked me in and the story kept me reading. I Flipping Love you is my first Helena Hunting novel, but it wont be my last.

I liked, but didn't love, this book. Rian was a fun character, but I didn't really like her sisters. Pierce was an okay hero, but not one I will be gushing about to my friends.

Love love love, this story is funny and totally worthy. The plot easy and lovely. Worth reading for this one. And this author did a great job with the characters.

This was a fun read! We get Helena's signature style in spades!

It was nice to read a refreshing story that was about humble hard working people who fell in love.

Of course we get our saucy scenes that give us a tingle.

Was perfect for in between heavy reads.

I flipping loved this book. The characters were awesome. The setting reminded me of the show Revenge which I also loved and the plot was enjoyable. What more could you need?

I flipping loved this book! This is my first by the author and I really enjoyed it. I thought the characters were engaging, the scenes were hot, the chemistry was palpable and it had a great ending. It works fine as a stand alone although i am interested in reading more by this author. I hope the next book is about Lawson.

Rian Sutter is so strong. She's been through a lot in her young life and she and her sister Marley are all each other has. She's beautiful, she's brilliant, she's fierce. Her and Marley are in the process of getting their Hamptons real estate business off the ground. More than anything, Rian wants to feel stable.

Pierce Whitfield is spending his summer at the Hamptons. All he wants is to spend time with his brother, his dog and refurbish houses. All he wants is a stress free summer.

There were a lot of laugh out loud moments. The chemistry between Pierce and Rian is instant and amazing to read. This can definitely be read as a standalone!

Where do I begin? This book was like a flash in the pan. It started promising and sexy, but then it fizzled. I could not identify with the conniving sisters. Those two were simply annoying.

This was a sexy, fun read. Characters were well written and the story line was fun. Had some laugh out loud moments that kept me reading.

Those who love Rom-Coms know the name Helena Hunting. I Flipping Love You follows the story of Pierce Whitfield and Rian Sutter who meet under unusual circumstances. Their banter and back and forth will make you laugh out loud, but when they are together, they are sexy and sweet. I couldn’t put the book down from start to finish and neither will you! At first I wasn't sure how this book was going to turn out. I'm a big fan of HGTV and house flipping shows, but how would that translate into a romance novel. It's true that Rian has her share of demons in her closet, but her past shouldn't dictate her future, especially when it comes to love. I really enjoyed this book. It had me hooked from the start and I didn't want to put it down. There were times when I found the main character a little whinny, but we, as independent women, can get that way sometimes when things seem to be going our way and then an obstacle comes into play. A very handsome and determined obstacle at that.

This is a great story about family and overcoming your past to make room for love and happiness in your future.

Fun read! This makes me want to go back and read previous books in the series because the characters were fun. Definitely can be read as a standalone.

The story is slow/quick in the beginning. For me it was a little hard to get through and I had to kind of had to force myself to keep reading. And I am glad that I did. The story got infinitely better when the couple started their romantic relationship because that is what the story is all about. The romance.

Pierce has got bits and pieces going on. He is doing his best by his family but also knows that Rian is a game changer. Rian is hesitant to let someone in. She can’t have the ghosts from her past coming up and ruining everything that her and her sister are building. Especially some rich hot shot from the city.

I really enjoyed the relationship part of the relationship. The back and forth between Pierce and Rian was fun to watch until about the last 10 % of the book. When Rian start down that rabbit hole that he is not good enough for her. It got a little redundant because she kept just running from him every chance she got and kept using the same excuses.

It is a light, fun read that can be read in 1-2 sittings. Like I said, the beginning is a little rough to get through but if you can, then the end will certainly make up for it.

I loved this book! Helena Hunting is on my must read shelf and she didn't disappoint. Great story and fantastic characters!

I have this weird thing for the property brothers. and I'm not gonna lie. i was totally thinking of Jonathan the whole time i read this book hahah.

but it's not just that. Helena in her normal style offers up a fun story with just a dash of angst to keep you enthralled. and enough comical relief to leave you giggling like swoon the whole way through.

The characters were so well written. I honestly loved all of them in the book. Even Pierce's weirdo brother haha.

But the chemistry between Rian and Pierce was just so good. And the way they interacted left me laughing so hard sometimes. (Which is one of my favorite things about Helena's books. She always writes hilarious characters. But in a way that makes you sit there and go. Yup. That's totally me. They are always tons relatable)

Plus the story in general was just excellent. I loved every page of it and couldn't flip the pages on my kindle fast enough. I loved the fixer upper theme. And just the whole thing felt very light and summer-y.
