What a fun supernatural & suspenseful tale! While reading this novel, I was captivated by the plot and the characters. Penelope has her issues but she is relatable. The world building was well thought out and I absolutely loved the setting of Greenville, South Carolina. South Carolinian here, y’all! The cover is not impressive but for the most part this is a great novel that I would recommend to YA Supernatural Readers!

Great start to a series. Good introduction to the story and characters. Interesting set of characters that I can't wait to read more about in the next book.

I love the story of Penny Dreadful. I am always excited when there is a new volume released. This one was no different. I loved the story line. It is hard to give any details on this without giving spoilers of past events.

I highly recommend this. If you live on the darker side and love some dark drama. This is for you.
