As a fan of American Revolutionary history, I particularly like this series of books that covers the American Revolution month by month. Detailed enough to add interest, they provide a linear timeline of events, giving a more in-the-time perspective of the war. If I were at home reading news of the revolution, these are the facts and events I would have learned as they happened. An interesting perspective and more fully realized than volumes that simply list events on order.

I received an advance copy in exchange for an honest review. This book was very well researched and put together. It was interesting to read insight from people that were alive at that specific time period in our history.
