These are funny if you like these kind of jokes. I love the puns and the groaners so they are perfect!

Great idea for a book and really well executed. A thoroughly good read. Highly recommended. .

You know those books of jokes they sell for kids? This is like that, but cheesier, because, dads. Great collection of possibly the best dad jokes ever. Something to give to really any male figure in your life for any occasion at all, or just because. Be warned, if you give this to someone, you may be drowning in dad jokes for a while.

I received a copy of this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Listen carefully and you can hear the groans and shouts of "Daaaaaad!" coming from Elias Hill's house. I imagine Hill's three kids in their role as official dad joke testers, and either loving it or hating it. His jokes just keep on coming. The author of a dozen or more joke books, his latest, Dad Jokes? I Think You Mean Rad Jokes, is full of the corny, groan-worthy jokes that his kids, surely, are tired of hearing.

Speaking as a dad, I am grateful for a source of really excellent jokes, riddles and puns to add to my own limited arsenal of dad jokes. Hill's jokes are original and funny. They're illustrated by Katherine Hogan in the same style as Hill's other books, in a Q and A format with black-and-white drawings of the speaker. Here's a sampling of the jokes:

What do you call an ape that likes to touch people? Chimp-handsy.
Would snails move faster if they just took off their shells? No, it would just make them more sluggish.
Our can opener is broken. Please refer to it now as the can't opener.

Dads, brush up on your dad joke skills, with Hill's help!

Another collection of dad jokes by Elias Hill. I have loved all of the other books I have read by him and this is no different. They are dad jokes. Some are funny, some of stupid, some are full of puns. But it was a fun book, one I would read again when I needed a lift. I enjoyed it!

Who doesn't love a bad dad joke or two?
A cute gift book with illustrations of the dad telling the jokes with speech bubbles.
A good variety of jokes, surely a few to get a chuckle

Several great jokes, that cover all awkward or hilarious moments any dad or other male might find himself.

Some jokes, I really liked and laughed at, others not so much. However its a good book to spend 30 minutes of your time.

I braced myself before opening up this book filled with 101 new "dad jokes". The book is illustrated so that it actually looks like Dads are telling the jokes. I think that most of these will make you chuckle - but I'm not saying if they will because you think they are funny or because they are just that bad...

Some of my favorites included:

I sympathize with batteries. I'm never included in anything either.

If I hear you slam the doors one more time... I'll be really upset 'cause that's my favorite band.

Definitely a very punny book and sure to get you some laughs and definitely some groans if you read it out loud to a group!

I received a free e-copy of this book in order to write this review. I was not otherwise compensated.

A quick read which was full of new bad jokes. The kind your dad would tell.

I received a copy of this from Netgalley for an honest review. I have to say this was not what I’d hoped it would be. Some of the jokes are okay and as promised, cheesy puns. Many, however, are not good. Sadly, I can’t give this one a glowing review.

As a father, I love a good dad joke as much as the next guy. Unfortunately I don't think there are too many good ones here. This is more like a book of tortured puns. The comic presentation helps a little, but not enough to redeem it.

Some funny, some I've heard before.

I love a good pun. Some of these jokes were funny, but disappointingly most were not.

A nice enjoyable read for those who want a snicker or laugh outburst.

Are you in the market for a set of "bad", I mean Dad jokes? Did I mention cheap shots? I guess I missed that mark. Elias hill has a limited set of talking heads telling jokes and punchlines. As with any joke book, the reader is the decider on the scope of laughter generated and your mileage will vary. Do not expect a long joke, just a couple of liners (I know, bad pun). But just remember that you get what you pay for, read and enjoy while you can.

Thanks Netgalley for the "fee less" chance to review this book.

its funny... its quirky.
I feel if the illustration weren't so cheesy this might even be a gold mine.
I ran into about 10 dad jokes that were actually new to me. and even 1 joke that stayed with me.
what do you call a monkey who wont stop touching you?
<spoiler> a Chimp-Hanzy </spoiler>
I wanted more for how funny and great the title/cover is.

These jokes were horrible, in the best dad home way. The layout of the book was really cute (dad's with speech bubbles) . I only wish the book had been a bit longer

This was a light read. Fun as a pick-me-up during lunch or at the end of the day. It’s pretty short, but I got a chuckle out of most of the jokes and enjoyed the format with illustrations!

There are Dads and then there are jokes and this author had to get the two together on paper!
Thank you NetGalley for the eARC, loved the sketches and while we're at it, I did find some of these hilarious because it's only Dad's who'd spew this stuff and in a cool way, it just put a smile on me.
