This book was too generic for me. Nothing interesting in the the writing, plot or main characters. I've many books like this before.
I just could not get into this book. It start out out slow and the timeline thing is just odd. Present day, Seven months, two weeks, six days, it was all just a bit odd and sometimes hard to follow. I had a hard time relating to the characters and her drama filled life.
This was a cute read. I did enjoy the progression of Henry and Chelsea’s relationship but there were some slow parts here and there.
This is a great book with a wonderful story and well developed characters. The story flowed very well and was very enjoyable. This book will keep you reading long into the night and you will not want to put this book down until you finish. This was such a great read and full of surprises. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader’s copy of this book. The free book held no determination on my personal review.
Basically a good book,- choppy flow though. Henry is the son of a rock legend and Chelsea is a camera operator determined to make it without help from her affluent family.
They work together, become friends with benefits and she wants more. What does he want? Henry frustrated me, he was too distant for my liking. But he redeemed himself ( a little bit) by the end of the book
I read the first book in this series and really loved it. So when this book popped up I wanted to read it. But to be totally honest I was bored. Chelsea was just not as interesting as her brother and Henry was pretty dull too. I did not finish this book but I got to 40% and I was just so bored I did not continue.
I am really sorry I wanted to like the book but I was just too bored.
I really enjoyed this book! Henry and Chelsea were both enjoyable characters, and the story was a unique one for the friends-to-lovers genre. I highly recommend!
