I love this cookbook! It's full of great information and easy to follow instructions. The pictures are fantastic. I especially liked that nutrition per serving was included.
I had an air fryer for several years and love it. Am always looking to spice things up for dinner, especially if it’s healthy. This book gives great recipes, like chicken and waffles! Which I always want to order but never do. Now I get to enjoy it in a healthier manner. Great book and good recipes.
Recipes are broken down by meal and type, and cover a surprisingly wide range, from huevos rancheros to sweet potato fries. Visually appealing layout with attractive photography.
Most of us who buy air fryers are only looking at them as an alternative to deep fryers. This cookbook is great because its recipes will encourage readers to take advantage of all that it can do.
Nice features include a comprehensive list of recipes in front and nutrition information for each recipe.
The small size of the appliances makes them, and these recipes a good choice for smaller households.
Air frying is getting popular and now there are lots of cookbooks out showing how to utilize this healthier cooking appliance. This book has about 100 recipes from appetizers to desserts. Good pictures help visualize that the finished product should look like and most of the dishes are ingredient friendly and something I'd cook for a meal. Divided into chapters for each course the recipes are easy to follow and clear. The book also has a chapter dealing with how air fryers work and the advantages for using one. I received a copy of this ARC in exchange for a fair and honest review.
Excellent resource for anyone wanting to buy or someone who purchased an air fryer. The recipes are simple and look delicious. Full color photograpgs and tips accompany eachrecipe.
Excellent cookbook. There's a wide range of recipes from breakfast to a soufflé! The format is clean and inviting. From the recipes to the graphics, it's clear a lot of thought and care went into this cookbook. So excited to find a cookbook with recipes I'd actually feed to my family! (And that they would actually eat!)
Very descriptive book on Air Frying. Easy recipes with beautiful photos
There are many air-fryer cookbooks out there, but I think this one really stands out. The book is beautifully designed, and there are lots of appealing pictures that demonstrate just what's possible with an air fryer. I've air fried for awhile, but the recipes in this book (including baking!) are some that I've never heard of before, and I've been inspired to try out some of the recipes myself.
My husband bought me an Air Fryer for Christmas, man he is the best Santa ever. I really wanted an air fryer for a long time. The Air Fryer came with a small cookbook to get me started but I wanted more. So when I saw this book on Netgalley.com I requested it and was lucky enough to be approved for it. I love to cook and try new recipes and this book helps me with my passion for cooking, plus 100 new recipes to try and I get to feed my family healthy while I am at it.
The recipes are in categories: Breakfast, main dishes, side dishes, and desserts. Each recipe shows a pictures, has a list of ingredients, step by step instructions, and nutrition counts. Each recipe is also under 500 calories per serving.
I did make the chicken strips and they came out amazing. My husband loved them. I will definitely be making more recipes from this book.
I received this book from the Author or Publisher via Netgalley.com to read and review.
I received a free copy of Healthy Air Fryer Cookbook: 100 Great Recipes with Fewer Calories and Less Fat by Dana Angelo White from NetGalley for my honest review.
I purchased an air fryer last year and I love the idea of it but really wasn't sure what I could do with it. This cookbook has been a huge and wonderful help. I loved that the book went into detail on the details of the ease, convenience and even the clean up of the air fryer. Did you know that oil frying french fries has 500 calories and 24g of fat and Air frying french fries has 204 calories and 5g fat. Great recipes from Bacon & egg breakfast sandwich, whole grain french toast, omelet cups, huevos rancheros, deep dish pizza, zesty meatballs with marinara, classic buffalo wings, shrimp scampi, BBQ wontons, Sweet potato fries with Fresh dill, parmesan cauliflower cakes, zuchinni fries, golden onion rings, glazed carrots, corn tortilla chips, potato skins, jalapeno poppers, smoky kale chips and many more. Wonderful cookbook with great recipes. Highly recommend.

I have been wanting an air fryer for some time now. Christmas came and went with my older brother, and my older sister both receiving one. Oh well, I can wait my turn. In the mean time I’ve been checking out air fryer cookbooks. I’ve looked through several, and enjoyed them, but I found HEALTHY AIR FRYER COOKBOOK to be a good one to keep.
The first several pages contain basic information on the use of an air fryer, and helpful tips to make the most of the fryer. Throughout the book pages include beautiful color photos of many of the finished dishes, and easy to follow recipes. There’s something for everyone in book.
Chapters include, Breakfast Essentials, Healthier Mains, Lighter Sides, Wholesome Snacks, and (Less) Sinful Desserts. Within these chapters you’ll find recipes such as . . . Pumpkin Oatmeal, Whole Grain French Toast, Ham & Egg Casserole, Veggie Pizza Pockets, Lightened-Up Chicken & Waffles, Spicy Pork Empanadas, Classic French Fries, Parmesan Cauliflower Cakes, Crunchy Green Beans, Crispy Cajun Pickle Chips, Rosemary Cashews, Sea Salt Brownies, Zeppole with Cannoli Dip, Chocolate Lava Cake and so much more!
If you have an air fryer or are interested in getting one, the HEATHY AIR FRYER COOKBOOK is a good start to learning some great recipes!
Alright ya'll. Move your Instant Pot over and get your Air Fryer's ready because it is going to be good eats tonight!
In Healthy Air Fryer Cookbook, White provides 76 amazing recipes you can make for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Yes, snacks! But hold on, I'll get to that in a bit.
White opens with the basics of air-fry cooking and explains how it works using superheated air via a fan. This makes the air-fryer not only a healthier option but makes clean up a snap since you are not dealing with messy oil splatter and drippings.
Recipe Highlights:
Kale and Egg Frittatas! Yes, frittatas in the air-fryer is possible! Just pour the eggs and toppings into the pan and a quick eight minutes later, voila! you have yummy, nutritious breakfast nom noms. A few other favorites are the BBQ Wontons, the Fried Tofu with Stir Fry Vegetables, and of course, what would an air-fryer cookbook be without a lip-smacking delicious version of Buffalo Wings.
Now for the moment you have been waiting for. The Snacks!! Favorites here include the Zucchini Tots, which I will add have been tested and are kid approved. Rosemary Cashews were absolutely delectable. The Maple and Bourbon Bread Pudding is a sure winner when feeding a crowd.
"Healthy Air Fryer Cookbook" provides 100 recipes for cooking in an air fryer, from traditional fried foods like donuts and french fries to baked goods like brownies to breakfast treats like granola and French toast. Many recipes include animal products (meats, dairy, cheese, eggs), gluten, or other foods people commonly avoid. The healthy aspect was that the recipes often used whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and "healthy" oils like olive oil or canola oil (and in lesser amounts than with frying).
The ingredients are common enough that you can find them at a grocery store, and many recipes used only a few ingredients. The recipe steps were simple enough to follow, especially if you're used to cooking. I've made a few of the recipes and enjoyed them. Overall, I'd recommend this book those who own an air fryer.
This book is AWESOME! So many great recipes for my air fryer and they are such a healthier option too! Thank you NetGalley for my complimentary copy.
