Thank you Netgalley for the ARC.
Chase and Liv met on a blind date 3 years ago and decided they were better off as friends.
Fast forward to the present and Liv moves in to help care for his daughter Katie.
Great romantic read.

This is a sweet friends-to-lovers romance. Chase and Liv had one blind date together and decided that they didn’t suit each other as a couple, but they did make a great set of best friends who like to spend time together doing totally different things but just enjoying the company. Chase now has full custody of this five-year-old daughter, but needs to find a nanny. Liv has been working as a nanny but is planning to leave town. She agrees to move in with Chase to help him out until he finds a nanny and she leaves town.
We know where all this is going and there aren’t many surprises, but it was still a sweet read and Chase is a great guy, but you’ll be pulling for him to convince Liv to stay with him and his adorable daughter.
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book that I received from Netgalley; however, the opinions are my own and I did not receive any compensation for my review.

Requested and received an ARC from NetGalley.
3.5
The synopsis is a little off the mark and doesn’t tell you that Liv has taken a job in another state so the majority of the book happens over about 2 weeks. Because they were friends for years it didn’t trigger my insta-love loathing but it also didn’t pace itself as slow as I would have liked since they were in a time crunch. Chase seemed like a great guy but I would have liked to have spent more time learning how he overcame the obstacles from his past but we were only given one real conversation about who he was and almost nothing about how he became who he is now. Liv was easier to understand but it may have been better for her history with Zeke to have come out sooner than it did. Chase and Liv together were HOT. Katie was cute and I really liked seeing all of them interact together. This was an ARC so I did find a few mistakes but I’ll keep my fingers crossed those get fixed in the final edit...
Another good “snowed in despite it being April” read and looking forward to the next book.

Oh my goodness - I could not put this book down. The writing was fabulous, the chemistry was flying off the pages, and the story line was so good. This is the first time I have read Serena Bell and it won't be the last.
One of my favorite themes to read about is friends to something more and boy did this book deliver that. You have Chase and Olivia (Liv) who were set up on a blind date three years ago and they decided they wouldn't work as a couple but work very well as friends. They've been the best of friends the last three years. Chase suddenly needs a new nanny so Liv fills in for two weeks before she is supposed to leave for Denver for a new job. It turns out that being in close quarters surfaces some feelings and I couldn't have loved it any more.
You need to buy this book and read it when it hits shelves June 5th! You won't regret it!

3 1/2 Stars. I haven't read this author in a long time, and while I did enjoy the book I found it a little slower than what I am used to, but again that is my opinion. On the blind date and Chase and Olivia were set up on was funny and that started their dislike towards each other. They both have difficult backgrounds since they were both hurt from people who supposedly loved so for them to be able to overcome that it will take time and it is a good thing they now have it since Olivia will work for Chase as a nanny and thus begins their friendship which in turn turns into more. So yes, I encourage you to read and as always Enjoy!

4 stars!
Sometimes, you don't realize what you have right in front of you, until something or someone flips a switch. That is what happens to Liv and Chase. Friends who haven't realized the other person, until, Liv is ready to move across the country and Chase needs a nanny for his little girl.
This was a story of everything being perfect, until, it isn't anymore. Liv has had a tough life. In and out of fosters homes. She is not sure happy ever after exists.
Chase is raising his daughter alone. Always putting her first. Liv helps Chase be a "nanny" when he is between them, which makes their time together even closer.
I love friends turned lovers books! This was a cute one!

Head over heels is a friends to lovers romance. Chase and Liv are friends. They met when they were set up on a blind date, and I love Chase's first encounter. I loved that she didn't back down or cower to his statement. I liked that they laughed about it and stayed friends and had their after blind dates consolation "dates". I felt so much for them on their childhood. They both had a hard time growing up. Liv never had a stable life. I love how I could feel each of them falling in love with each other. I would recommend this to anyone. I finished it in one sitting, couldn't put it down. Loved it.

This is friends to lovers story.
I absolutely adored Chase and Liv as well as their quirky friendship. Chase is a single dad to his daughter, Katie, and he's trying to adjust to a complete life upheaval after a tragic event in Katie's life. Chase has a past of being unreliable, however, once Katie appeared in his life he has been trying to become more settle but he still has major commitment issues and not just with romantic relationships. Liv is a former foster kid who moves from place to place and feels claustrophobic when she stays around a place too long. Chase and Liv met through a blind date setup between mutual friends and they completely DO NOT hit it off which was hilarious.
Now things are changing in both their personal and professional lives and these two best friends need to make some more life changes before it's too late.

I love a good friends to lovers story and really liked Chase and Olivia's story. I thought their realization of their attraction towards each other was a little rushed but that is such a minor quibble. Bell does such a great job demonstrating their connection even though they have only been friends for a few years and still have a lot to learn about each other's past.

This one made for a great friends to lovers story. Liv is sweet and adorable, even more so when she is doting on Katie. Chase is the guy friend you wish you had. ;-) I really enjoyed getting the backstory for both characters. I wish Liv's would have been shared sooner even in small pieces. The pace was good making it fun to read even when their minor "differences" meant to keep them apart were making it apparent they were truly meant for each other.

Thank you to NetGalley for an opportunity to review this book!
Head Over Heels by Serena Bell is a fun and quick read. The story is a friends to lovers romance. I give it 3 out of 5 stars

Great friend to love book. Fast paced and fun.
I love this in a romance book.

Reading about Chase trying to so hard to be a good Dad made me really root for him even if his description of his ideal women made me want to roll my eyes. Overall this was a solid, well written book that I would definitely recommend.

This is a cute and fluffy read! It was exactly what I needed after the last book and I flew through the story! I was surprised how defined the characters were and how deep some moments went, given how short the book is. It was refreshing that it wasn't as superficial as it could've been.
The author was a little heavy-handed with certain elements of the story but that's my only critique.
I would recommend this to anyone who:
- wants to read a twist on a popular trope
- needs something quick and light for the weekend (or a beach trip)
- enjoys romance novels

What do you get when you throw one extremely broken person, a semi-broken person, and a cute kid into a house for a temporary period of time? This book. While I enjoyed several aspects of this book, I walked away feeling that the resolution was only temporary and I really hated his parents! I

Absolutely LOVED this book! The two characters, Liv and Chase, will tug at your heart strings and their stories make you love them! Chase’s daughter, Katie, is adorable and the love Chase shows her makes you love him even more! I will be re-reading this book and I hardly ever do that! Do not miss this story!!

Liv and Chase are best friends, so it isn't surprising when she offers to step in and watch his daughter until she moves for a new job. When she moves in, though, will they be able to deny the chemistry between them?
My heart went out to both Chase and Liv throughout the story. They both had difficult experiences growing up, but turned out to be sweet, loving, and thoughtful people. I especially loved the scenes they shared with Chase's daughter Katie. The plot is well paced and really made me invested in the characters.
Head Over Heels is connected to her other book Do Over, but can be read as a standalone.
Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for providing an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Great romantic comedy!! I really enjoyed this book! It was Liv and Chase book, they really don't have much in common at all but in the end their differences make them perfect for each other! Chase has a daughter who is such a little cutie!! Unfortunately her mom dies and Liv steps up to be a nanny until she has to leave for her new job in another state! There's a lot of laughs along the way a little heartbreak and a lot of sexy times!! Lol Liv has had a rough life but in the end you'll have to read it to see how it all plays out! Definitely don't miss out on this one! So worth the read!! Thank you to netgalley and the publishers and author for sharing this book with me!! Its a great one!

3.5 STARS!!!
Head Over Heels is a great friends to lovers romance read. This book gives us Chase and Olivia's story about two people who were hurt by those they loved and how they go from being friends to lovers. Chase and Olivia both have a back story that makes them do the things they do, and they have to overcome their fears and doubts, especially Liv. I enjoyed the characters and the storyline but at times I found the story to be a little slow. I definitely felt the connection between Chase and Olivia and I enjoyed the times they spent together, even as they bickered. Their story was a steamy and sweet. This was a good romance read that I think readers will enjoy.

Chase and Liv have been best friends since they decided on their first date that they would never be lovers. Since then they have enjoyed a close relationship consoling each other platonically after experiencing horrible dates. Over time they get closer and when Chase's 5 year old daughter needs a temporary nanny and Liv needs a temporary place to stay they room together. Things heat up and they realize how they really feel about each other. Fun sexy sweet romance.
