The Wild Woman's Way is a book that was full of surprise to me. I was not sure about it as I read it but it truly is a book that I think every women should read at least once. It is for the woman that wants to strengthen her thoughts and beliefs about their selves. Thank you for allowing me to read and write about this book.

Author Michaela Boehm is passionate about her beliefs and practices and conveys that easily in this book. The title, The Wild Woman's Way, was intriguing enough for a copy request. While there are section and passages that do not resonate, and seem to venture off into the realm of a little too touchy-feely for my reading taste, much of the book did strike a chord with me.
I was able to determine I am at the Wise Woman stage, or at least approaching albeit with some kicking and screaming. This may be why this section of the book resonated most with me, while the earlier parts were hit or miss.
If a reader is looking for some self help that is very specifically targeted to womens' issues, this book does address several that need to be discussed. The Super Woman syndrome is real, and does damage relationships. The societal issue of older women disappearing rather than becoming empowered by age and knowledge also exists. The author shares her wisdom on both in a celebratory, approachable manner.
Worth the read if looking for some affirmation and potential solutions to identified areas of concern. Embrace your Wild Woman and your Wise Woman!
