Trying to adequately describe my exhilaration when I discovered that Rebecca Zanetti was returning to the series that made me a devoted fan; well it’s just not possible. The Dark Protectors are one of the few series I often refer to as coming home, and are always deemed a MUST READ. Again Ms Zanetti has managed to bring something new and exciting to a well-established series with our introduction to the mysterious warriors of a secret sect called The Seven. And while this is listed as book eight of the Dark Protectors, I felt it also held a uniqueness of its own, based on the elusiveness of the warriors portrayed.

The story is everything any fan of this additive series would expect; extensive world building, danger and destruction, exciting characters, and all-consuming passion and devotion that run soul deep. Ronan is an imposing persona in both size and commitment to his duty, while Faith is a focused, logical and dedicated physician, trying to save her sister’s life. Their meeting is less than conventional, but that is what we’ve come to anticipate from this distinctive race of immortals. Thrown together under the worst of circumstances, only total trust will ensure their ultimate survival.

Once again I find myself bereft to read the last page, knowing that I must be patient while awaiting the next thrilling chapter in this exceptional series; and many thanks to NetGalley for approving my request to read this advanced copy of Ms Zanetti’s fabulous new book.

I love this series so much and was so stoked that RZ decided to give us more Dark Protectors! So happy to be back! This is one of my favorite paranormal series of all time! The story is simply fantastic! It is so smart and well written I just can't say enough about it. However, if you don't want to be completely lost you should really go back and start with Book 1 because each story is just chuck full of information about the world itself and so many amazing characters. And besides, it's a great series!!!
Aaaah Ronan Kayrs, what can I say about this sexy vampire/demon except dang he is one sexy alpha bada$$.
He is so funny in the beginning when he wakes from his coma and he is just so far out of his element. And Faith, I just love her. She is such a strong heroine and is also quite funny and sassy. She has such a hard time digesting all she is discovering about Ronan and the world in which she lives. I love that she is no damsel! Although Ronan doesn't care for the defiance in her much. Like I said, heavy on the alpha. Mates huh? This is going to take some work!
Anyway, this is such a great story line, with intense edge of your seat action, sexy steamy scenes between Ronan and Faith, incredible characters and a hope for so much more to come from this series. I loved it and highly recommend this and the rest of the Dark Protectors series!!

This was fantastic! I loved every minute of it! I just recently started this series but every book I've just get better! King Ronan is awesome! The way he is with Faith is so sweet and hot! My heart melted and I was so happy with the way everything worked out. I really hope there will be more to this series!

Thousands of years ago Ronan gave up his future of guard the ultimate evil along with a small force of "brothers". These men were guardians, a secret from all.

Something has happened though and Ronan has been ejected form the sphere that he resided in to guard the evil. He has woken up to a world he could never imagine...his future. He awakens in what we know as a hospital, but he has no knowledge.

Faith is a physician that works with coma victims, what they believed Ronan was in. He is totally freaked out between not being in the sphere and the place he is in now, oh and yes, Faith...the woman he has dreamed about for hundreds of years, his mate!

He has to get out of there, find out what is going on...and Faith is going with him whether she wants to or not! Of course Faith thinks he is absolutely crazy when he tells his story and especially when he talks of being a Vampire. Faith is a Physician, a Scientist, and there is no room for his story of being a Vampire. Then Faith has the added stress of her sister, who is in a coma after an alleged robbery/break in.

They are both in for rude awakenings! They both have a lot to grasp, Faith the mere existence of Vampires and other Supernaturals and Ronan has to deal with the world as it is now and how it got to be like it is.

Loved this book! It is action from the first page and continues throughout the book and then you have the steam between these two characters! Whew!!

Both characters are like a puzzle piece and when fit together they are both responsible for the outcome, with his knowledge of what happened in the past and why and she with all the new technologies and her knowledge of medicine.

Danger is after them both though....will they survive? Will their love survive? Will they find the allies they need?

Although slightly 'cavemanish' (LOL)Ronan is absolutely brilliant. The rate at which he "catches up" is amazing! He and Faith make quite the team!

This is a new book from the Dark Protectors Series, a standalone read as all the others were. It is an awesome addition and brings us even more characters for the author to "perform her magic on"!!
Plus we see a few of our other favorite characters help out Ronan and Faith.

Loved the book! It started a little slow, to bring new readers up to date, which if I had not read all of Rebecca Zanetti books in this series, I would have needed. Then it took off, and I hated that it ended! Looks like more books will be coming. Yay!

I was so excited to learn that a new Dark Protectors book was coming out. This is one of my favorite series, and it was interesting to see the path it's taking.

Ronan had agreed to be trapped in another dimension, acting as a prison guard for Ulric with his brother . He has dreamed of his mate for centuries. So when the wards fail and he finds himself back on earth, the first person he sees is Faith, the woman in his dreams. Faith initially believes Ronan was a coma patient who lost his mind when he woke up, but thee more time she spends with him, all the things he mentioned that seemed crazy start seeming normal. Meanwhile Faith's own sister is in a coma and she's trying to reach her like she had been able to do with Ronan.

Ronan is part of the mysterious Seven, who have been trying to protect the world from Ulric. Short two members after his brothers died, Ronan and his group recruit Logan and Garrett. While there aren't many appearances from characters in the previous books, Garrett is one of them. He's the brother of Janie. Also making an appearance is Janie's young daughter, Hope, the first female vampire prophesized to play a big role in the future. Like her mother, Hope has the ability to enter other dimensions and meets up with a boy who she considers her friend, but others consider to be an enemy. It will be interesting to see if the pair ends up like her mother and father did.

I loved Ronan and Faith together. It was entertaining to watch Ronan try to learn and understand things from the 21st century, including his conversations with Siri. I would have liked to have seen Ronan meet his great great nephews, the Karys brothers, which didn't happen. Hopefully he'll get to meet his brother's descendants in future books.

This book sets up the Seven and the threat that's coming to the world, and I can't wait to see how the Seven are going to mix with the Realm vampires or if they will at all. I'm looking forward to seeing how everything goes down.

Wonderfully written paranormal romance book, I have read several books by this author and have enjoyed them all including this one.

Dr. Faith Copper was called in on a special coma case at a local hospital. She is world renowned expert in reaching the unreachable coma patient and bringing them back to consciousness. But never in her life did she have a patient wake up and call her name.

Ronan is a vampire and a member of an elite force that is set on protecting their world. Sacrificing himself to a life living in an alternate reality, Ronan never thought he’d have a chance at being with his true mate until she wakes him into a world he no longer recognizes. But he recognizes Faith immediately from his dreams, his mate.

Top-notch paranormal romance writer, Rebecca Zanetti strikes again with another uber alpha meets his match in Vampire's Faith. What an amazing adventure, spectacular rollercoaster ride from start to finish!

A lackluster addition to Zanetti's ongoing series. Unfortunately, there were a few too many things happening for me to feel like Ronan and Faith had any particular connection; even for a paranormal romance, it was overly fanciful, and difficult to develop any attachment to the numerous characters. A poor staring place for series newcomers.

I won this book from Netgally. My very first time and I almost cried I was so overjoyed. Out of all the books to win, THIS is just amazing!

I have to say that I am obsessed with Rebecca Zanetti!! She is a goddess and I hope that she knows it. When I finished Marked I knew that there had to be more. You cannot end a story like that and not tell me that there is more to come. However when I heard she was going back to the main series, I have read all of the Realm Protectors book, I knew that we would found out that in the hell is going to happen with Hope.

This book had nonstop action form beginning to end. It was just wonderful. There are a couple of twists and turns so please do not think that you will have time to catch a breath. Also one of my favorite characters of all time, Uncle Benny who we wee in Tangled, is back and just as funny and suspect as ever.

We are introduced to new characters and a new doomsday plot but do not worry we get to see some old friends as well. There is a WHOLE different side to the world as we know it and I am excited. I think I know who the next book will be about and I hope that I am right. I also have a second favorite character who is grump, mean, and I just want to snuggle him. We also get to find out who the hell is Ronan Kayrs and why he is the King. I was confused when I read the synopsis but I promise it makes totally sense.

The Dark Protectors are back... but I didn't realise they were a series, This is quite an established series and I am interested to go back to where it all began. Vampire's Faith is the 8th book and its about Vampire called Ronan he is a King, And a female doctor called Faith. Most of the times in enjoyed this story, at times I was getting annoyed with Faith, I really like Ronan he is protective alpha male, This book read fast and its sexy.

Hot,fast and in your face. Loved it from start to finish. Proof that things aren't always what they first seem and sometimes you have to take a leap of faith.

Come jump down the rabbit hole! This is a continuation of the Realm we all love, with differences...ams those differences are a bit overwhelming at first but I assure you RZ will make it all seem clearer, just stick it out. Ronan was spectacular...he’s all we love in our alpha males with a side to him that is adorably quirky too, his work with Siri was amusing. Faith.....now here’s the first female lead I didn’t just love, honestly she almost crossed over into TSTL territory but didn’t get quite there. Now Faith and Ronan were amazingly hot together, especially once it all fell together. I am so intrigued by the idea of the Seven, and I’m over the moon to see some past characters moving more into the spot light with this series. All of the secondary characters will draw you in and have you wanting more, so go in knowing you’ll love it but what more when it’s over. For lovers of the Dark Protectors and Realm Enforcers this is a must read, newbies....go fall in love with Talen and work your way here.

A big thank you to NetGalley and Kensington for the ARC. I am voluntarily reviewing this book. I have read a few of the Dark Protector Series, but not all of them. I obviously had forgotten some things, as I was a little confused. The assumption is that you have some prior knowledge, and I was lost a bit. The characters are strong and interesting. As a beginning of a new series I was a little disappointed because of my confusion. But overall, I enjoyed the book. I think most romance readers will enjoy. I rate this book a 4.

Oh my goodness. I was totally fine with the series ending the way it did. I didn't know I needed more of the Karys family. But WOW!! Way to bring the whole Realm back on line! Great twist to what we already know of this world. Sometimes follow up books don't do as well as authors would like but Vampire's Faith made the whole series fresh again.

This one is about Ronan Karys. It took me a bit to sort out who he was and what was happening. I was goign back and re-reading previous books to refresh my memory--because, again, I thought I was good with how the series ended. I would recommend not starting the series on this book. As the story started to unfold, pieces fell into place and all the little light bulbs started coming on.

Ronan and Faith together were perfect. Ronan trying to catch up with the 21 Century was humorous. Vampires, Demons, Shifters, Witches....the whole gang is back together and I couldn't be happier. Lots of action!

Now, gimme more please!! I need to know what happens next! Great story!

This is the newest installment of the Dark Protectors series, and it definitely more than met my expectations, which for Ms. Zanetti are pretty high. While I have jumped around in this series I haven't read quite all of the novels. enough to fall into Ms. Zanettis' cleverly laid trap. I loved the way this plot worked out, and that Faith was a hard sell. I also liked that while Ronan was a dominant male he was able to tone it down to get to know Faith.

The characters are, as always, engaging and unique as well as somewhat flawed. I liked that Ronan was not up to date and a genius, as well as that Faith was skeptical and had a temper. They really made the book flow and pulled the reader in. It was fun to see where their romance was heading, even with all the interference. The secondary characters make me hope that there will be more than a few books added to this story, because I need to know what Garrett and Logan as well as the rest of the seven are going to end up.

The webs of peoples lives that Ms. Zanetti weaves is intricate and well thought out. She has an innate talent for captivating the reader and making them want more, more of the characters we have read and more of those surrounding them. I'm a glutton Ms Zannetti and you feed my addiction!

I am absolutely over the moon that this author has returned to this world and the joy of knowing the Dark Protectors series is set to continue makes this reader ecstatic.
Ronan sacrificed himself to contain a truly evil despot in a prison dimension but now Ronan finds himself free and in a future he never imagined. For years his sanity was saved by dreams of the woman who could be his Mate and yet here she is alive, real and meant for him.
Faith as a doctor is used to control but the handsome and clearly confused patient just won't listen to her. Being kidnapped by him and introduced to a world she never believed could exist is just the start of Faiths encounter with the supernatural predators that hide amongst us . Faith will do anything to protect her sister Grace who is in a coma but the Vampires might not have Graces best interests at heart !
I loved Ronan so confused initially, so gallant and so very protective. Faith I understood but boy did I want to shake her at times. Bottom line is there are new enemies to fight but the author includes a few of our old favourites making this a worthy continuation of the series. Fast, sexy and imaginative what more could I ask for ?
