Thanks to NetGalley, I was able to read this book that was to be published 28 Aug 2018. It's an interesting guide, especially for those new to EE, but as I did not realize this book was originally published in 2014, I was frustrated that so many of the studies featured in here were from almost a decade ago. Reading this in 2020, this book felt really dated. Like an old textbook. Especially as this contained past articles making predictions for 2020.

Really enjoyed this, it’s a must read for any company looking to improve employee engagement. Great tips and real life examples.
