I Think I Love You is a fun friends to lovers romance. It is book #5 in a series, but it works as a standalone. I haven't read any of the previous books, and while there were a lot of secondary characters to keep track of that were from previous books, I didn't feel like I was missing any necessary information for this book. I loved the friendship that Hunter and Brit had and enjoyed reading about their relationship as it evolved. I was rooting for them from the beginning! I liked both main characters individually and together. I'm now looking forward to going back and reading the earlier books from this series!

I’ve long been a fan of this author and particularly her series work. I loved her Stiletto series and her Oxford series and frankly, I’m a little bummed that this is the end of that world. As much as I love her characters and the romance and I adore a good friends to lovers trope, the one other thing that I’ve always loved and appreciated about these two series is how she writes her friendships: her female friendships, her male friendships, and in this particular case, her male/female friendship, they always have a ring of authenticity to them. She makes the characters real, makes their lives full and rich and varied and not as if they’re living in a vacuum. And I absolutely love that the pairings from her earlier books in the series always pop up in future books, giving us, the readers, a glimpse into their lives well beyond the last page of their book. I loved Brit and Hunter, I loved their friendship, their slow slide into love, the ease and comfort they had with each other. And I loved that the Stiletto/Oxford crew popped up for one final hurrah. Here’s hoping that one day, we’ll meet again.

I love Lauren Layne's Oxford series. I Think I Love You is the classic Friends to Lovers story, full of delightful dialogue and hotness.

Lauren Layne has recently become a favorite author of mine. Her writing has a great style and is fresh in the world of contemporary romance. I have previously read the Oxford and Stiletto series and I Think I Love You fits in perfectly.
When I read I Knew You Were Trouble (the book in the series right before this one), I immediately wanted more of Hunter and Brit. I'm glad that LL decided to write about these two. They had great chemistry and a wonderful friendship that carried on from the previous book. I loved the whole premise of the book (kind of reminded me of It Happened One Wedding by Julie James - another favorite book/author) with the friends to lovers that happened at a slow burn. There were moments in the book that had my heart racing, made me laugh out loud and others that made me shed a tear. Overall, I think it was a wonderful book and a great way to end the Stiletto and Oxford series!

Oh how I loved this series. I didn't realize this was going to be the last book! I felted when I realized this was it!

Hunter and Brit, the last 2 standing, have realized (finally) that maybe they are more than friends. Maybe it has always been there all along. They are nest friends, but might have had feelings for each other. It takes Brit asking for help dating, to make Hunter realize that he doesn't want her with anyone else.

I am a huge Lauren Layne fan, so I am happy to have read this book!

This is sad it's the end of the Stiletto and Oxford gang. Brit wants help with figuring out why men don't want to stick around after the third date, so she asks her BFF Hunter to help. Of course, in the relationship coaching they fall into bed and eventually in love with lots of help from the gang. Nice end to the series.

Hunter and Brit’s story has been long awaited, but with that, also meant the Oxford series coming to an end...and that is bittersweet. With each couple in the series making an appearance here it felt like visiting with old friends. I was thrilled when “I Think I Love You" came out, this couple has been on my radar for their own story for some time.

With Hunter and Brit there was a vulnerability that truly tore at my heartstrings...with the emotional attachment that has formed over time with these two, their journey was joyous and rewarding in their finally having their own HEA...especially when all their friends had already found their own. You just knew Hunter and Brit would have their own happy ending, but when it finally came about, I'm embarrassed to say, I gave a joyous Whoop Whoop with a raised fist.

Thank you Ms Layne for providing a host of friends who brought endless hours of heartfelt joy, emotional tugs at the heartstrings, and many many instances of hilarious entertainment. You've created characters who are larger than life and will be long remembered.

This was an adorably sweet friend to lovers office romance with a good dash of angst and now all I can think is that I really need to go binge on all the Lauren Layne things!!!! This was just what I needed to pull me out of my book funk. I've started and stopped reading a good handful of books recently and this is the first one that I picked up that wouldn't let me go. With a refreshingly colorful ensemble of characters and a really fun storyline, I THINK I LOVE YOU was exactly what I needed to find!

I know I read this book out of series order but that was totally okay. It read like a complete standalone and it gave me the taste I needed to ensure I'll be going back for more. I have to know everything about all the couples that came before Hunter and Brit as they've paired off and I can't wait to go binge the rest of Lauren Layne's books.

This story was sexy and emotional, but also remained light and fun the whole way though. A solid friendship becoming a whole lot more when the lines are blurred by Brit asking Hunter to coach her in seduction. Sure it might sound a little cliche but I didn't even care because I was so consumed by this storyline. I enjoyed this book so much and I savored every word. It's a slow burning friends to lovers romance that never felt forced or over the top. It was just right in every way and I really loved it.

In this final book of the Oxford series we say goodbye to the Oxford/Stilletto crew.
I can’t think of a better or more bittersweet way to wrap up this series than how Lauren Lane did it.
Brit and Hunter were explosive and funny and an example of the best type of love, falling in love with you best friend.
If you love a friends to lovers book, this is a must read.
The story was well written, the characters were well developed and they story was engaging and hooked me from the first page!

Loved this!!! Absolutely and completely loved this book. It's always great getting to dive back in with the Stiletto and Oxford world. I actually reread the entire series before reading this book, since this is the last book in the series, and I wanted everything to flow fresh before going in.

You get to know Hunter and Brit in I Knew You Were Trouble, so I was excited to get to see where their story took them. They both work at Oxford in Operations and Hunter is Brit's boss. They have been best friends for 6 years. Brit is tired of every guy immediately friend zoning her. She wants to feel sexy and wanted. She sets a plan in motion to have her best friend Hunter teach her of art of seduction. He thinks of her as a sister, she thinks of him as a brother. Perfect plan. What could go wrong???

Lauren Layne does not disappoint. Her characters are full of so much love and the easy banter between each of them is perfectly written. You are drawn into their world, captivated, and usually not quite ready to leave. But the epilogue in I Think I Love You is the perfect ending for this series. Brilliantly written. I read it with tears in my eyes and a smile on my face, because really these characters are almost like friends you have to say goodbye too. By far, the Stiletto and Oxford Series are my absolute favorite books. I make sure to reread through all of them at least once a year, because well, they are just that good. I am sad for their stories to be over, but glad I own all the books, and can dive back in whenever I need too. Make sure to read all the books in this series. I'm willing to bet you'll love them. :)

This is such a great series, I adore the Oxford/Stiletto crew! The only issue I had with this book was how the resolution seems so rushed because it was literally in the last 5% of the book. A little sooner would have made it a 4.5 for me!

Ah, Lauren Layne. Her writing is so sparkly and fun--it's the literary equivalent of watching your favorite romantic comedy! She always does such great characters, and boy, can the woman write a sex scene. :)

This book was very cute. Hunter and Brit were well-suited for one another and the tension was great. I particularly loved Hunter's slow realization that he was becoming a jealous monster after seeing Brit talking to their coworker; that was one of the most hilarious parts.

I did feel the ending was a little rushed. I wanted to see a bit more interaction between the two of them before they declared their love, maybe? I'm not sure, but it just felt very quick and then we were suddenly in the epilogue. (This was probably exacerbated by the fact that I never want LL's books to end.)

Also--and this is something I'm not going to include in my rating because it's a personal preference--I would have like to see less of the other Oxford characters. I have a hard time keeping track of all of them as there has been some time between each book; plus, when I read romance I like to focus on the couple at hand--it feels strange to be bouncing back to other characters. I do understand the fact that this was the last book in the series, though, so maybe there was more of this than there would be normally; and I know that other romance fans tend to like reunions with beloved characters, thus I'm probably in the minority.

Anyway, loved the book, love the author, can't wait to read the next Wedding Belles installment!
