Solitary is a fast-paced, engaging novel by Travis Thrasher. The story line pushed the reader right up to the end, at which point it leaves you disappointed. Overall, I felt like the author really could have filled out some of the plot holes and made a richer, more robust story.

I wasn't quite sure how I should rate this one. I thought it was okay which would maybe be a 3 star, but I am also not interested in continuing the series which makes me think maybe I should go with two stars. Anyhow the story was pretty good, but not something I could get lost in.
