In this book Kim Krisco, uses the 4 classic personality types to apply to 10 different leadership functions. Kim takes time to explain the view of these function and provide advice on the best ways to use the strengths and weaknesses of the personality type to each of the functions. Well written book on a difficult to breakdown formula.
