This book is a great resource supporting one's personal growth and your growth as a leader. A very inspirational guide in becoming a purpose -driven leader. Enjoyed it very much!

Having read and done much coaching/mentoring I enjoyed that Hylke Faber did not try to teach us how to remove people's habits or traits but to maximize and guide them on the path to being able to accept who they are and use that to build organizations.
