I’m a little confused with this short story. I know this is an arc, but in some chapters, it switches POV and there’s no brakes between the paragraphs so it took me a minute to figure out whose POV it was. I thought this was suppose to be a BDSM book but there was just some heavy petting, a blindfold and Jenna’s hands were tied once. Very PG BDSM. Rob and Jenna’s sexy times came much later in the book, almost towards the end. Since I didn’t read the first book in the series, the secondary characters confused me too. This story is basically Rob loves horses, Jenna has some family drama and they’re fighting the sexual chemistry between them. That’s pretty much it. I think there’s something there but I was too confused to even connect with them, but that’s just me.

This is my first time reading this author. Its billed as BDSM but beyond a few sexual tieing up it has no other BDSM. It was very enjoyable and I liked the characters, though it is 100 pages or so so it is a short book.

Jenna grew up wild and that intimidated Rob, so he has resisted her for years even though she was his sisters best friend. Now they are both visiting a ranch for a weekend celebrating his sisters getting engaged and he has to resist Jenna. But he can't..

Jenna is all grown up and is over the whole bad girl thing, so that was kinda a non arguement. She also has problems like a crazy mom and a brother who is having problems. When Rob helps her out, well she finally gets him to see her as she is not as she was.

This was a short and fun story with a lot of sex and romance. Nicely written though I would love to read Chloe's story.
