This book is so good. I couldn't put it down! I fell in love with Parker. If I had enough money and could hire them I would!! Audrey Carlan is an amazing writer.

Wow. What a ride. I love the premise behind these stories and while all of the guys are great and on my book boyfriend list, Parker holds my heart. His ability to see women for who and what they are and to assess what they need and how to give it to them is magic. All three books are well written with three dimensional characters and a story line with real depth and feeling. There are highs and lows. I laughed and maybe I shed a tear or two. I can't wait for the next one. Thank you for sharing.

International Guy is a new series from Audrey Carlan. It features The Dream Maker, Parker Ellis; The Love Maker, Bo Montgomery & Royce Sterling, The Money Maker. Three boyhood friends who came up the idea of International Guy while at college. The premise of their company is to provide whatever support their mainly female clients need whether its regarding their personal appearance, matters of the heart or financial advice. Really their job is to give their clients the confidence to reach their full potential.

For the first section of this book they travel to Paris to help Sophie Rolland, heiress to a perfume empire who has had to take control of her family company sooner than expected after the sudden death of her father. A task that she is woefully unprepared for but with Bo working on her personal appearance, Royce giving her some business support and Parker working on building her confidence, Sophie soon comes into her own, ready to take the helm of her company.

The second part finds International Guy Inc. a little closer to home. Their next client is Skylar Payne, a New York based actress who is suffering from burnout. Trouble is, she has contracts she must fulfil or she could lose everything she has spent years working for. Matters aren’t helped any due to the fact that Parker has had a major crush on Skylar for years. Will he be able to resist temptation long enough to help Skylar rediscover her love of acting or has he bitten of more than he can handle on this particular job?

For the final part of this book the action moves to Copenhagen where their latest client is none other than the Danish Royal family. Princess Christina was due to marry Crown Prince Sven, her childhood sweetheart but for some reason she’s decided her sister would make a far better Queen than she ever could so in a desperate attempt to prove this to Sven she’s become the darling of the paparazzi in an effort to force him to marry her sister instead. It’s obvious she still loves her prince so Parker has to get to root of her sudden transformation before she does something she’ll regret.

At first I wasn’t sure about this book – Parker comes across as a bit of a dog to start with but gradually he grew on me and I love the rest of the characters especially their new PA Wendy who surely deserves her own book. I’d love to hear all about how she met ‘Sir’ Mick. And Sophie Rolland from book one who has become a recurring character in the series is another one I’d love to hear more about. I know who I’d love to see her end up with.

There are another nine countries to go in this series and I for one can’t wait to find out what’s next in store for Parker & International Guy Inc. so it’s next stop Milan for me.

Vivement.

Audrey Carlan has written a very hot and enticing series. You will want to jump right in for the read...it will grab you from page one till the end. I couldn't put down these 1st three books! The guys are quite the characters and you will fall in love with them. They are sexy, hot, yet funny too! The ultimate package. Start off in Paris, then New York, and last but not least Copenhagen....it's a journey you will enjoy till the last page. You will love Parker, Royce, and Bogart! One click worthy!

I have read and enjoyed Audrey's calendar girl series, so I was excited to read this.
Sadly, I quicly realised this isn't a book for me.
We folllow a guy, Parker Ellis, and his two friends. They run the company International Guy together.
It didn't take me two chapters to dislike Parker. I didn't like the way he acted, and at one point he makes fun of his friend for allowing himself some selfcare.
As the book continued I realised there was loads of, what I would call, toxic masculinity around his friends.
They also pride themselves on respecting women, and while I can see it in some places, there's other places where I just don't see it.
While I was reading I also felt like everything was possible. In Paris, Parker takes their client on a date that's only possible because he knows the right guy. It's possible to pull strings, but there's still a limit to what's possible and how many strings you can pull.
Another thing i dislikes was how they treated the women they helped. It was all about succeding through a makeover, and that they were nothing if they didn't look sexy in tight clothes and high heels.
The only reasom this gets two stars and not one is because of the accasionally sweet scenes,

Best friends Parker: the Dream Maker; Bo: the Love Maker; and Royce: the Money Maker, own the business International Guy, Inc. The three are team that troubleshoots business and PR issues for high profile women. It's an unorthodox business but the three are very successful, especially when Parker charms each of the 3 female clients in the first book in and out of the bedroom. This is going to be a great series!

Five Fabulous Stars!!!!!
What an incredible start for this new book series. I love the male point of view, the dynamic characters, and the amazing locations. Parker, Bo, and Royce bring it all to the table as they tap into their unique talents for helping their clients become their best selves. What I liked best about this story was the growth of Parker on his trip to Copenhagen. I cannot wait to see what transpires in Milan, San Francisco, and Montreal! Hopefully, we will see a bit more from the hotness that is Bogart and the sizzle that is Royce....

In International Guy, Volume 1, we are introduced to three best friends, who formed a lifelong friendship at Harvard and founded an unconventional consulting business that provides some unorthodox services to its clientele.
We are introduced to the three protagonists:
Money Maker – Royce
Love Maker – Bo
Dream Maker – Parker Ellis
Volume 1 follows Parker Ellis on three very different assignments as he assists a French heiress Sophie with the company she was left to manage by her late Father, international movie sensation Skyler Paige who lost passion for what she does and finally the Danish royal family.
As with all of Audrey Carlan’s work, this book is excellently written, has captivating story line and the heat will melt your Kindles!

This series is not for me. Audrey Carlan is a new to me author, and I just wasn’t impressed with the story, or lack there of. There was so much going on but no real focus. When you pick up a romance novel there is a certain formula you can expect to follow. Boy meets girl, boy and girl fall for each other, HEA/HFN. Not so much in this case. I’m not even sure who Parker is supposed to end up with, I have an idea but after book 3 that should be really clear. Hell, after book 1 that should be clear. International Guy was heavy on the erotic, which would be fine if there was emotion behind it, but there isn’t here. Parker our “hero” even hooks up with a random chick, in detail. Just not for me, which is sad because it had potential.

International Guy is one of those serial titles you won't be able to put down. All three of the titles included in International Guy: Paris, New York, Copenhagen pack loads of action and steam. A must read for fans of Audry Carlan.

I felt this first volume of International Guy was a little disappointing. Typically what I love about Audrey Carlan is that she doesn’t do “instant love”. In this book they were kissing just a few pages in. *eye roll*
I will continue with this series to see what happens. It has potential but overall underwhelming. Nothing too exciting about this series so far!

Okay so I didn't read calendar girl, but I am going to do that now. International Guy is wonderful!

This book is the first three novellas of all 12 books. It goes between the three cities with Guy. Parker, Bo, and Royce. We get Parker for this first series. He gets three different cases, with three very different women. You kind of fall in love with all the woman as Parker helps them grow and become someone different. I loved that.

I am excited to read the next set of stories and see where the men take us.

Overall:
I really wanted to read this book since it was first announced as I am a big fan of the author.
I was especially thrilled about the fact, that the book was written from a male perspective, which isn't quite common in this genre and the first time Audrey Carlan did this.
Unfortunately this was the thing which made I quite hard to get into the story. But after a few chapters I grew to love the different perspective on such a story.
The writing style was as good as always, just easy to read and once I was invested in the story, I flew right through the whole book.

Part 1: Paris
A wealthy heiress, who needs to learn who to manage a company and who to behave like she's the boss - from head to toe and from her inner mindset to her appearance mets a good looking guy and from the very first moment there is this chemistry between the two of them.
Sounds kind of cliché, but I really liked es nonetheless.
I really loved Sophie as a person and I just loved who she developed over such a short period of time.
It is not only her whole appearance that changes, but she becomes this powerful, confident and badass business woman who knows what she wants and who knows how to stand up to man who don't respect her as the boss just because she is a woman.
A also liked the chemistry between her and Parker. It was not that kind of "love-at-first.sight"-thing, which I really appreciated. It was more like just plain sexual attraction which they lived out as long as their time together lasted and changed to a friendship after Parker left Paris.
For me this was way more believable than the to of them falling in love and starting a relationship as soon as possible.

Part 2: New York
Already in Part 2 Parker meets his all time star crush. The actress Skyler Paige, who lost herself and her muse to do what she loves to do and who looks herself in her flat.
And Parker is the knight in shinning armor who saves his princess.
Unfortunately this part had way to many clichés.
Attraction in a sexual and non-sexual way from the very first moment, they can barley stop themselves after just a few hours of knowing each other and Parker seems to save Skyler in just a few days in almost a magical way from the bad situation she is in.
Even though the clichés where this dominant in this part, I still liked it, but less than part one and three.

Part 3: Copenhagen
A princess, who does not want to be a queen and starts behaving badly. Parker should not only keep her away from shining a bad light on her family's name, but should also bring her to marry the prince she loves and becoming his queen.
I loved this part the most.
Mostly because there are no romantic or sexual feelings between Parker and the princess.
And even though Parker showed her the right way, it was princess Christina who decided on her fate and the way she wants to take in the future, without being persuaded to do so.
I kind of think that the princess and her love did not get enough time in this part, because the focus was on Parker and his feelings for Skyler.

Rating: 4 out of 5 Stars

All in all I really liked this book and felt really entertained, even though it had some flaws.
I laugh out loud more than once and during the last part I even shed some tears.
I am definitely curious what will happen in the other books and I am looking forward to reading them some time soon.

I was excited to get my hands on this book, however it was not as I expected. I felt all three stories in the book were the same and the creativity was not flowing good for me. FOr the most part it did not keep my interest.

Another perfect start to a series I cannot wait to continue.

Each individual story pulls you in and Keeps you engrossed and captivated until the end. Parker being a typical playboy, arrogant yet charming at the same time. Different city’s heroines that challenge Parker.

A lovely start to the series now looking forward to jetting off to the next city.

This is the first book I have read by Audrey Carlan; now she is on my automatic one click-buy without reading the blurb. I read this one that way, going in blind and did not know what to expect and got a great beginning novellas to her new series!

Three young men who went to college together are the main characters -Parker Ellis, the one who came up with the idea and he is called the Dream maker! He owns and operates International Guy, with the help of his two friends Royce, the moneymaker, and Bo is the Lovemaker, the one that grooms and helps the women become the best they can be. In these first 3 novellas we get to see how these guys work their charm and change these women's lives!

These novellas are quick reads, and we get to see these guys work their magic in Paris, Copenhagen and New York. A great start to a new series, and I can't wait to read more! I gave this book 5 stars!

This new series from Audrey Carlan is fun, sexy, and a real good time. This is told from the male POV, which I love!

You're gonna love, love, love Parker and his two business partners. They're interesting guys in the position to have whatever they want, when they want. What's it like to have the world at your feet? Parker knows. Well, he knows now. His life wasn't always a field of dreams, but it was real and full of love. Now he's making a name for himself and his two friends by running a top company called International Guy Inc.

Follow Parker on his journey and find out what it means to be The Dream Maker.
