I loved this book. It's really quirky, but the characters are so realistic and funny and poignant. I loved each of the main characters (Esther, Color, Jesus, Beth and Moss) and the storyline. Every character is so different and fully defined. And they make such a great team! I read it in less than a day.
It's so much more than a Young Adult book. It touches on themes of religion and sexuality and open-mindedness. And it's so clever and funny.
I recommend this book to everyone. And I plan to buy a copy for my teenage nieces...
I really enjoyed Rebekah Crane's other books so I had high hopes for this one as well, unfortunately the narrative was bland and the rest of the story just sort of fell flat for me and I ended up skimming the last couple chapters towards the end.
