Love this series and can't wait to read more of it ,with that said I want to thank Netgalley for letting me read and review it.

I always love books set in Arizona. I love to go there but don’t get to go as much as I would like so I was glad to get to take a trip thanks to John Slaughter and the Johnstones. Excellent book.

We love westerns around here and Johnstone is one of our favorites. My husband has read every book he has written. I don’t think the books are as good as when William was alive and writing on his own but we are hanging in determined to read all his books

The Edge of Hell is book three of Texas John Slaughter series. I just loved this book and look forward to more in the series. 4 1/2 stars.

I was provided an ARC copy of this book, but truthfully, I'd have bought it! I love all of the Johnstone books and read them as quickly as they come out. My 75 year old Uncle turned me on to them last year and I've been trying to catch up ever since. This story maintains their record of excellent westerns that are also great reads. If you've never read Johnstone, you need to start now!
