I enjoyed this fantasy novel quite a lot. It is set in the land of the Fae . It is very unique in that it features the relationship between a werewolf girl Runa and a fae boy Konnor. Very unusual!!! In this world there is an agreement between the Fae and Werewolves that has been in place for many years. In exchange for the the werewolves being able to live in the Fae kingdom in safety from humans they are bound to protect a young fae until they reach adulthood when they will get their "magic". The werewolf protects the fae from vampires who crave the fae blood. Runa was supposed to be bound to Konnor but tragedy strikes and she ends up bound to another fae instead. . Years later she and Konner reunite and the story of their new relationship begins. This is an adult fantasy so there are a few sexy times but the main draw to the story is the angst between Runa and Konner. I gave this book 4 stars. ** I received this book from #netgalley for a review.
This was a fun fast read that I enjoyed a lot. This book had such fun characters faes, vampires, and werewolves three favorites in the paranormal realm. What happens when the intended bondmates break the bond ? Will it lead to happiness or the real love of their lives? Thank you for allowing me to read this book and write about it.
Sooooo goood! I could not put it down!
Intended Bondmates is a sweet and interesting paranormal romance.
This story twists and turns and throws a couple of surprises in for good measure. I really enjoyed.
I’m so excited to read more by this author!
I love vampires, werewolves, and faeries!! I found it so creative to have the werewolves protect the fae! It's a fun fantasy. I also like reluctant love stories.

There are two realms at work here Faerie and the Human. Werewolves used to live in the human realm but were being hunted into extinction. The fae made a pact with the werewolves they could come to Faerie and proctect the fae until they came of age. When they received their magic and could protect themselves. Then wolfs could return to their pack to find a mate and have pups. When Runa was Konner's bondmate her best friend was killed. She felt a sense of honor to protect her friends bondmate. Leaving Konner her new bondmate he later asked to be separated from Runa. Ashamed she returned to protect Konner till he is to receive his magic. Werewolves were mainly protecting them from vampires who traveled between realms. Vampires craved fae blood. Runa and Konner do the unthinkable and fall in love. The fae will lose their magic if they have physical intimacy before reaching their maturity. Konner is kidnapped and taken to the human realm. Runa must ask an old friend for help if she is to go there and save him.
Intended Bondmates is a sweet and interesting paranormal romance that certainly puts our hero and heroine through hell trying to get to the other side. This story twists and turns and throws a couple of surprises in for good measure. I really enjoyed.
Well written! I throughly enjoyed this book! I was wanting more at the end. Still do. Would love another installment 😊. The romance and restrained lust, the action and adventure. I couldn’t put it down.
I thoroughly enjoyed this novel. Although, this is not my typical genre, I absolutely loved it. I could not put it down!
In this world of faerie, young werewolves bond with young faeries to protect them from vampires before they reach maturity and obtain their magic.
I kinda wish there was more about Runa and Konnor's relationship and stuff! but overall, really good read!

I really liked this author's view of bondmates. It was totally different than most. The love story was awesome as well.
In this world of faerie, young werewolves bond with young faeries to protect them from vampires before they reach maturity and obtain their magic. Runa was planned to bond with Konner but a traumatic vampire attack left her an orphan and she bonded with her deceased friend’s intended out of obligation. It was a horrible match and Runa was treated poorly. Finally, he requested the bond be dissolved and she was sent to guard Konner, who would reach maturity in a few months. Their relationship was well matched and their friendship grew exponentially. The mating of werewolves and faeries is forbidden and their feelings must remain hidden. Consequences of such a relationship would result in the werewolf not being allowed to return to their pack and in the faery not having magic. The author creates a lovely story of friendships and love. Folk lore of various supernatural creatures is blended into a tale of romance and angst. I highly recommend this book to anyone who roots for true love and is willing to take risks to keep their loved ones safe.
