Another terrific historical fiction from Lark. This, like her others, features a dynamic protagonist and a wonderful setting, Thanks to Netgalley for the ARC.

This book was hard to read and follow the plot of. It was a long read and it felt like it dragged on. This book needs more copy editing and restructuring. The history and culture, which were the best parts get lost.
