"She was destroyed. Obliterated. Demolished. She was as cold as ice and just as frozen. Inside and out."

Rating: 5/5

Blood Cure is the third and final book of the Blood Type series and follows Reyna after the terrible loss of her soul mate Beckham. She must learn to overcome her grief and despair to ensure prosperity of Elle and its mission to seek justice and equality between humans and vampires. Action-packed and full of thrill, this is a novel deserving to be the anchor of the series!

- Characters -
I absolutely fell in love with Reyna's strength and perseverance after losing Beckham. She took it in stride as best she could to still battle out the bad guys. Her development in this final chapter was nothing short of superb! *Spoiler alert* Beckham's struggle to overcome his inner turmoil of being a vampire and letting him accept it in order for him to regain his humanity had me crying and empathizing with his pain. Learning exactly how much Reyna means to him and learning how to feel again just had my heart pulling for him to not give up. Stellar character development and growth!

- Setting/World -
The fight between humanity and vampires has so many parallels between the world today with dictatorships and those in power abusing it. I appreciated its relations to issues today in regards specifically to injustice between races and how it was so important for Reyna to not seek out revenge on Harrington for what he did to Beckham and the rest of the world, but rather to seek justice and let fate decide what his end should be. This is how we should fight the racism fight today - seek justice vs. revenge.

- Writing -
Having not read the first 2 books in the trilogy, I thought I was going to be so lost as I usually get BUT the writing and storyline was so superb that it didn't even matter! Full of action and emotion from the first page had me reading this in one sitting and I kept wanting more after each page turn!

I definitely recommend this series to those who especially love paranormal romances!

Blood Cure by K.A. Linde is book Three in the Blood Type series. This continues the story of Reyna Carpenter and Beckham Anderson. You really do need to read the previous books 'Blood Type' and 'Blood Match' before reading this one. This picks up where Reyna is trying to be strong and deal with the fallout of what has happened. But there is a surprise where things weren't what she thought and she gets a happy surprise.
This book does end the series....hopefully I can find more books by this author.

Wow, Blood Cure is the BEST book of the series. I read the first two books to get to Blood Cure. Amazing! The accents the narrator, Caitlin Elizabeth, was able to portray in her voice and tone was perfection. I think Catarina’s voice was my favorite! I’m so happy that they used the same narrator through each book in the trilogy. Just like I said in a previous review, I really wish we had Beckham’s POV more than anything. That would be the only thing I wish I could change about this series. I want his side, his story, his thoughts.

Now, I still think entire story was incredibly Twilightish. But it wasn’t as juvenile feeling as it was, nor was the writing poor. Thank goodness for that! KA Linde really told a great story. Her writing was so vivid and descriptive. I went back and forth between hating Raina and admiring her. She came off so whiny in the previous two books. Thankfully, in the 3rd book, Blood Cure, Raina was strong and capable. I was so happy with that ending. With them walking away side-by-side, not with him leading or even her leading. They were a team and a partnership. It was a lovely ending. The ending was the only area in this entire series that I got a bit teary! My heart. Beautiful 💜

Now, no overt spoilers here, but I must confess that this is an entirely satisfying conclusion, and one that still surprised me.

I could wax lyrical about the journey that Reyna found herself on.  I could rhapsodise about the beautifully woven character relationship that had me invested in the ultimate outcome.

Honestly? All you need to know really is that this is great.  Ms Linde has definitely wrapped this series up with a bang, and I loved every page of it.

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.

I love this series, Reyna and Beckham couldn’t get a better ending. My heart went through a rollercoaster of emotions, each book had its special mark, but this one had to top them all. Reyna becomes the leader while Beckham stands at her side to lead their rebellion. I love paranormal series and KA Line has set a high bar.

The conclusion to K.A. Linde’s Blood series is HERE! Blood Cure took me on a trip that I was not expecting.

The characters have all evolved so much throughout each of these stories and I was surprised at how this third and final chapter played out. The second installment had left us dangling from the cliff….it was a doozy. Picking up right where we were left was just as painful as ever and I anxiously awaited for Ms. Linde to heal my heart.

There is not much that I can say to you without spoiling the entire finale. I will tell you that things are going to blow your mind and play out different from what you may have expected. Plan A evolves into Plan B into a nonexistent fly by the seat of your pants plan….I kept guessing as to where it was all leading.

From the start I have said that there was very much of a Hunger Games meets Twilight vibe to this story and I felt it strongly here. Two of my favorite series (both written and on screen) will now forever also be associated with the Blood Series!! Do not hesitate and just grab these books, it’s a no brainer really!

As soon as this book landed on my kindle, I dropped everything to read it! After that crazy cliff-hanger at the end of the second book, I was dying to see how this series would end! I’ve got to say, this book kept me on the edge of my seat just like the first two, and I couldn’t have loved the ending more!

Everything has fallen apart for Reyna Carpenter. She’s doing the best she can, but her life is in shambles. Even though things aren’t good for Reyna, she has so much strength. I loved how strong and independent she was, even when she was at her lowest point.

There is so much I want to say about this story, but gah! I just can’t. I feel like everything I would write about the plot would be a spoiler since things were left so up in the air the last book. All I really need to say is that you NEED to read these books! It’s one of the best PNR series I’ve read in the longest time. An epic hero, an amazingly strong heroine, and a unique story line- I loved all the books! Definitely must reads!

Blood Cure is the conclusion to the trilogy and is the book that makes the whole series work. I struggled a little bit with books 1&2, but this book made it all worth it.
Blood Cure picks up right where Blood Match leaves off, so this is definitely not a stand alone. Reyna has a maturity level in this book that makes it much easier to like her as a character and to root for her success.
This story is packed with action and intrigue from the get go, there are twists and turn that keep you on your toes and make the book hard to put down.
As much as this has action and intrigue, there is also a strong romantic story that comes from somewhere unexpected.
Well written and engaging, this is definitely a book/series to read if you like paranormal and battles between good and evil.

This book is everything and more. It was a great conclusion to the series. I felt like if the author wanted to add another book it was left open that she could! Amazing read!

There is so much I want to talk about regarding this book, but I can't. If I do, I will spoil some plot twists for you, and I don't want to do that.

So here's what I will say: K A Linde gives you the perfect ending to this series. Some of it you will anticipate, but other moments will surprise you.

Reyna and her pals need to come together to save man- and even vampire-kind from a terrible enemy, and as with any rebellion, not all of them will survive. K A Linde keeps you on the edge of your seat, wondering how everything is going to work out.

I admit that I wasn't always the biggest Reyna fan. Sometimes she annoyed me with her self-importance, and I dearly wished she would take herself a little less seriously. But all of those things about her that frustrated me in the first two books become needed elements of her personality here. K A Linde developed and nurtured this character through the first two books, and you can see Reyna fully come into her own in this last book.

The cover clues you into a romance. But between whom? You'll just need to read to find out. Let me assure you, though, that the sexy times are FANTASTIC.

Blood Cure is a fitting, strong conclusion to this series.

I found this whole series fascinating. The world seemed to feel almost real, if vampires where real. There was no out worldly magic that usually comes with a paranormal romance books. Which is why it was a realistic world.

Absolutely truly an amazing series that will tug at your heartstrings and have you wanting for Reyna & Beckham. Reyna & Beckham has been through so much and it’s not over yet. I love everything about this series, the characters, the storyline and especially the bond between Reyna & Beckham. Truly an epic series that everyone must read and the ending was absolute perfection.

Let's jump right in picking up the pieces from the killer cliffhanger that we were left on in Book 2. This is the last book in the trilogy. The Plot twists ,angst moments you don’t see what’s coming. You're immersed in the world of Vampires and Humans . You’re questioning who to trust ? What’s happening? Where are we going? I didn't know how this would end, no spoilers you'll have to read to see.! ARC provided by NetGalley for honest review.

What an unexpected journey! I knew I was in for a good time but that was so much more!

Blood Cure is the highly anticipated and much needed answers to all the questions Blood Match left us with. The relationship that left us devastated is not the only thing that will tear you up. Harrington's evil knows no bounds. Just when you think you have it figured out...

As the queen, it's Reyna's job to rule the chessboard. But it seems she's constantly several moves behind...Good thing she has a few aces up her sleeves.

I can't tell which would have made me happier- dancing and screaming at the top of my lungs or hugging everyone at the end of this book. For all your hopes and answers, enjoy Blood Cure!

I have been anxiously awaiting this book because I needed to find out how things would go for Reyna! And WHAT. A. RIDE. This book picked up right where Blood Match left off. I was holding my breath, dying for what was to come. This was one of those books that grabbed me from the beginning and didn't let go until The End. My heart hurt for Reyna as she was dealing with such loss. This book was jammed packed with things flying at her and she had to be strong. She was upset, hurt and grieving but she managed to keep going forward and not let it stop her from what had to be done. This story blew me away and I couldn't read it fast enough. I don't want to say too much and give anything away to you, reader. Just know it was an all-consuming read and the twists and the turns were great; a great conclusion to this series! I can't recommend this book enough, but you definitely need to start at the very beginning with Blood Type.

OMG!!!!! THIS BOOK WAS AMAZING! I am so obsessed with this series and honestly could not get enough of Reina and her quest to fight along with the ELLE rebellion. And oh boy - be prepared for alllll the secrets and shocking revelations! Gah!! What a fantastic end to this trilogy!!

Without giving away any spoilers, I absolutely loved this novel. It was filled with heart-pounding suspense and the unknown. I held my breath the entire time and honestly never wanted it to end. It was filled with surprises and just when you thought you knew how the story was gonna go: BOOM. The author dragged the rug out from right under your feet.

The conclusion to this story was exciting, exhilarating and so so fantastic. This was absolutely brilliant! Bravo! 4.5 stars! ~Ratula

She crafted a stellar tale of true love that manages to defy the odds! I would recommend this book to round out the trilogy to anyone that enjoys fantasy romance.

Since reading the final words in Blood Cure, I have struggled for a few days on how to review this without giving away the entire book! Let me just express to you how the book made me feel instead of letting you know what happened in the book. In Blood Cure we pick right back up where we left off in Blood Match. Reyna is heartbroken from the loss of Becks; Harrington is running ramped and causing chaos in the world; and Elle struggles to rebuild having lost two of their strongest Vampire allies. This book has so much packed into it, that Kyla has truly surprised me in this one. It was a crazy emotional filled adventure that made me feel every emotion imaginable. The amount of angst packed into the final of this story, and the amount of twists you truthfully don’t see coming, has made this by far the best book of the series. On top of that, this is the best series I’ve read all year! Hands down Kyla has been able to invoke some of the best emotions I’ve had in a long time while reading a book. Even in a paranormal romance that seems so far out of the world of reality, I felt it. I felt all of it. I was right there with Reyna while she was crushed and heartbroken over Becks; I was there with the remaining Elle members as they found a way to move forward and fight Harrington; I was there until the final page when the story ends in such a way that left me begging for more. The story was wrapped up nicely and completed, but there is so much more that I would love to see from this world of Vampires learning to live with Humans in a humane way. Bravo Kyla on another series well done, and I am so grateful to have been able to go on that adventure with your characters through the good and the bad.

I received a copy of Blood Cure by K.A. Linde from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Blood Cure is the third and final of the Blood Type series by K.A. Linde and I was fortunate enough to read the first two novels (and enjoyed both). I knew that I liked the author's style of writing already and the world that she had created - vampires being the dominant/powerful species and humans definitely far beneath them.

Although I knew the world and characters, the summary for Blood Cure had me hooked. Most authors would have a heroine that magically knew how to rally people and turn the tide of a rebellion in a cleaner (less messy/ugly) fashion. The course of Reyna and Beckham has never been smooth or neat so the rebellion mirrored that chaos and mess. It was raw, but more honest-seeming than some watered down or sanitized package.

Then as for Reyna and Beckham, I liked how their relationship evolved throughout the trilogy and that Reyna grew into own person. I liked their chemistry and that both made mistakes, then did their best to fix their mistakes (it seemed truer to life).

Fun read!

Ms. Linde wraps up the Blood Type series beautifully. We are left with all our questions answered and tied up in a neat little bow.

While this gives us the paranormal aspect the big lesson for me from this one is: Equality. While this is a world of vampires and humans this lesson is very prevalent in our world more now than ever.

Reyna becomes the leader she never thought she'd ever be and she stands beside Beckham to lead their rebellion against Harrington and Visage.

I loved the world this series is set in so much I hope Ms. Linde does a spin off series of some of the other characters so we get to indulge in the Blood Type world again
