This is my favorite of the series! If you’re a fan of Alphaholes and jerks, this will be your jam. Antonio is a jerk of epic proportions. It’s a good thing Libby is sweet and forgiving because he could be a but much.
Tossed Into Love is a super quick read featuring an overbearing hero and sweet and hardworking heroine. Antonio and Libby have been circling each for years, however due to a misconception on his part, they become frienemies. Once a family situation throws them together at work, their chemistry ignites.
What I loved:
Both main characters had flaws. Sorry, but it’s true. Antonio was a bit too much at times and came off in the end as a tad misogynistic. Libby is definitely a more likable character. She’s beautiful, caring, selfless, hardworking, and a bit of a #GirlBoss. With that said, I really liked them together. They clicked. The chemistry was fire and she allows us to see him in a different light
The trope is a favorite of mine. Enemies to lovers. Alphaholes and jerks. Secret crushes. It all works for me.
The family dynamic— that’s what I’ve enjoyed most about the series. The moms are so OTT! Seriously, a mess. And I adore them!
The storyline is solid. It was a bit more of a slow burn then I typically like, but all in all a solid book!
If you’re a fan of the series, you’ll love it!
Tossed into Love is the youngest Reed sister, Libby. I’m not gonna lie I didn’t expect her hero to be Antonio. I thought it would have been someone else because of hints in a previous book. But still this was a satisfactory read. Libby was great. She was independent, a hard worker, and would do anything for those she loved. It took a while to warm up to Antonio. He had some jerky moments but was trying to redeem himself. When he got on the good side, I did like how he treated Libby. And it was shown that they had love for each other. It was interesting to see how Libby and Antonio will progress to get their happy ending. I enjoyed seeing Fawn, Levi, Mackenzie, Wes, and the Reed family again. Antonio’s family was also fun. Overall, this was a cute nice read.
I love this series so much! Antonio and Libby are perfect for each other. Definitely love how they were somewhat enemies at first even though they both liked each other. They were destined to be together. Loved the side characters from previous books. The journey they went on was a beautiful, fun and hilarious one. You can never go wrong with Aurora Rose Reynolds books! Can’t wait for the next book!!
I love this author and I love enemies to lovers books.
As always this author did not disappoint.

Aurora Rose Reynolds dazzles once again with TOSSED INTO LOVE!!
I absolutely adored this combustible enemies to lovers story featuring a smoking hot firefighter with a huge chip on his shoulder and the secretly smitten beautician who just might manage to set his heart aflame!!!!’
THE STORY
Now that Libby Reed’s two sisters Fawn and Mackenzie have landed the men of their dreams, it’s her turn! This third book finds her in very close proximity to her crush, Antonio Moretti, when he is forced to run the family pizzeria after his father suffers a heart attack and she pitches in to help. Well, he may be one of New York’s bravest but in her presence the drop dead gorgeous firefighter is a Class A Jerk! Antonio has been burned horribly in love before and jumps to the wrong conclusions about Libby that not only set her teeth on edge but threaten to turn her adoration for him to hate!!
But nevertheless these two are drawn together like a moth to a flame and before long romance ignites and their hot attraction threatens to blaze out of control! But Libby is hiding a mighty big secret from Antonio that could cause their fragile new relationship to crash and burn. Will Antonio, who has long since seen the error of his ways, still be willing to walk through fire to claim his beautiful "Princess" once the truth comes to light ?
MY MUSINGS:
Gah! I can’t get enough of the Fluke My Love series and each new one is somehow even more addictive than the last! TOSSED INTO LOVE is chock full of captivating romance, delicious discord, sizzling passion, and heart-throbbing feels!
NOTHING sets me all aflutter like an arrogantly sexy alpha you love to hate! Well...I guess it's my lucky day ‘cause to say Antonio is a “hot jerk” would be an understatement!
But as with the tradition of all ARR heroes, this infuriating grouch still gives you butterflies galore and makes you MELT INTO A PUDDLE! My heart actually went out to the guy who was running himself ragged trying to balance his full time job as a NYC firefighter while also managing the pizzeria while his father recovers from a heart attack. A restaurant he has ZERO interest in running, and has resented all his life, but family always comes first with this stand up guy.
And even though he is a big ol meanie at at first, and was TOTALLY off base by pegging Libby as a materialistic princess, I thought his motivations for being so closed off were on point! His awful past relationship made him VERY jaded and then all of a sudden this stunning fashionista—who has always gotten under his skin while also managing to rouse his inner caveman—is now within kissing distance at Tony's Pizzeria driving him COMPLETELY INSANE!
I love the gradual transformation of his character from a scowly, mistrusting jerk into a sweet, swoony, protective alpha hero who with the help of the heroine learns a valuable lesson about misjudging people unfairly…and what's truly important in life!
As for Libby....OMG what’s not to love? She’s sweet, sassy, generous, loyal, hardworking, has a heart of pure gold and is always there for her friends and family. But as much as she enjoys doing hair and makeup, she has also been feeling unfulfilled in her career at the salon lately, and working at the restaurant gave her new perspective, bolstering her courage to take a risk and pursue her newfound dreams.
Too bad that Tony and Martina’s surly, annoyingly handsome son was rarely civil! Although her "unrequited” feelings for Antonio run deep she is no doormat and does not allow him to walk over her. But when this girl falls, she falls hard and I rooted for her to land the ornery fireman who laid claim to her hopelessly besotted heart!
And holy smokes! Even though she and Antonio get off to a rocky start and this romance develops at a delicious slow burn, these two “enemies” sure have ELECTRIFYING chemistry! The friction and palpable push pull made for one ultra fun read, with mounting sexual tension throughout, and when these two FINALLY hit the sheets their steamy interludes are the four alarm variety!! Antonio and Libby just clicked so well together and the combo of this duo’s sizzling sparks, aching tenderness, and just plain adorableness made my heart smile!!
In addition to her extraordinary gift of penning endearing couples that always steal your heart, ARR excels at family-driven plotlines, and the secondary cast was wonderfully woven into the story!! The interactions with the MCs respective clans infused the story with infectious charm and an abundance of warm, fuzzy, feel-good vibes! I especially enjoyed the special bond that Libby has with her sisters and her overbearing, matchmaking mama and liked Antonio’s relationship with his parents as well. Plus, Libby’s nosy neighbor, Miss Ina, who was both cranky and WAY too opinionated, was a HOOT!
BOTTOM LINE:
TOSSED INTO LOVE was an utterly SCRUMPTIOUS read! I truly savored every moment, from the first delightful page to the oh so swooningly romantic HEA!
Highly Recommend!
It’s been a minute since I read an Aurora Rose Reynolds novel, however, I am glad I decided to read Tossed Into Love. This was a sexy opposites attract story with all kinds of feels.
I liked Libby. She was a strong, intelligent and caring woman, but lost all sense when it came to the man she loves. Antonio was not perfect and he was constantly rude to Libby. He was deeply hurt in a previous relationship and does not trust easily, if at all. It took him a long time to see Libby for the person she was rather than the conniving ex of his.
Tossed Into Love was a charming read with a couple with great chemistry and a whole lot of tension. Antonio was not always the good guy, but we learn so much about him and I loved seeing him fall for Libby. The story was funny and sexy and I am looking to read more in this series.
Happy reading!
I love rom-coms and the enemies-to-lovers trope is one of my favorites! I especially enjoy when the two are combined because it makes for a fun, flirty romance with a healthy dose of antagonistic humor. That’s why I was so excited to read Tossed Into Love by Aurora Rose Reynolds. After being introduced to Antonio and Libby in the first two books in the author’s Fluke My Life Series, I knew the romantic pairing of these two feuding characters would be nothing short of explosive. The author doesn’t disappoint, delivering an entertaining romance filled with flirty banter, sexual tension, and a smoking hot romance.
Crushing on a guy who seems to hate your guts isn’t fun. Just ask Libby Reed, whose infatuation with Antonio Moretti persists despite his best efforts to act like a jerk whenever they’re in the same room as each other. When a heart attack leaves Antonio’s dad unable to run his pizzeria, Libby steps in to help, forcing the two to interact on a regular basis and confront their muddled feelings for each other. The two bicker and clash nonstop. Their tempers ignite, which, combined with an undeniable presence of sexual tension, sends sparks flying between them. The two drove me crazy one minute, and had me laughing the next, all while I rooted for their happy ending.
Thanks to a growly Alpha male, a fiery, take-charge heroine, meddling mothers, and a nosy neighbor, Tossed Into Love is a fun, lighthearted romance with the ability to tug on your heartstrings. This book is a fast-paced, slow-burning, enemies-to-lovers romance with a lovable cast of characters, steamy love scenes, and a swoon-worthy narrative. It’ll have you hooked from start to finish and leave you feeling perfectly satisfied. In short, it’s a must-read!

Tossed into love is the third book of this series. It of course was amazing because anything written by Aurora Rose Reynolds always is. Looking forward to the next book!
Libby has a crush on Antonio but he keeps pushing her away. Antonio is into Libby but the two of them can't be in the same room without fighting. How will things workout when Libby ends up helping at Antonio's family restaurant? Crazy, sexy times will ensue in this page turner of a romance.
I received a copy of this book via Netgalley and am leaving a review.
I am SO in love with this series!
Another great read in the Fluke My Life world - this time it's Libby's turn and she is trying to move past her crush/infatuation/love of Antonio who seems to have an irrational dislike for her but also a grudging attraction that he can't help. Despite her best efforts to move on, life keeps throwing them back together!
She learns that his seeming dislike for her comes from a few misunderstandings. Will he be able to prove himself to her and win back her trust? It's a great, warm, witty read that will leave you wanting SO much more.
Panting in anticipation of book 4!!!
4.5 Stars!
Libby Reed has lived her entire life in New York, and grew up in Long Island the youngest of three sisters. She went to cosmetology school, and now works at a top salon on Madison Avenue doing makeup and hair. When she first moved to the city the one place that she always felt at home was Tony's Pizzeria. The married couple that owned it were two of the sweetest people she'd ever met. They treated her like family, so when Tony has a heart attack, Libby wants to help any way she can. They have one son Antonio Moretti who is a firefighter and has never been interested in running the family pizzeria. He's currently trying to keep the pizzeria going while his dad's out of commission.
Libby rearranges her hours at the salon to help out at the Moretti's restaurant a few hours in the evenings. She's forever lusted over their gorgeous, Italian son. She's had a crush on him for the past three years, but for some reason he's never been nice to her. She can't figure out why he dislikes her so much. It's clear he isn't happy about having to work with her, and they clash at every turn.
Antonio grows closer to Libby the longer they work together. He was burned by a past relationship, and soon realizes as a result he misjudged Libby. She really steps up to help his family, and shows her kind heart. He made assumptions about her that were wrong. Now he must prove to her he's not the jerk he's behaved like in the past. He has his work cut out for him, but hopes to win her heart.
This was a fantastic enemies to lovers romance! It's a slow burn, but so damn hot when they finally come together. I really love this whole series, and this book was just as wonderful as the others. I really adored this couple and this beautiful love story!
Aurora Rose Reynolds can come move in with me if she wants and write me all the books.
She is my go to when I need a happy feel good book that I know will make me swoon and hit all the marks. She's done it again with another Fluke my Life book.
I loved Libby. She was sweet, but strong. Antonio is at first a jerk, but of course he ends up being one of those perfect males. Aurora is good at writing those!
There isn't a ton of drama, which I can appreciate when I'm in the mood for a feel good love story.
If you've read the other books you know Antonio isn't the nicest to Libby, this made me nervous, but it turned out okay. They are thrown together to help out and realize that maybe Antonio isn't the jerk he's made out to be.
Lastly, the epilogue, she writes the best ones!
Great fun read!
Tossed Into Love (Fluke My Life, #3)Tossed Into Love by Aurora Rose Reynolds
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
I love this Fluke my Life series.
You can read these books as standalones, but I recommend you read them in order as each book is about three sisters finding love and this is Libby’s story.
Libby is the youngest sister and is a makeup and hair artist who has a crush on Antonio for years but he’s always a jerk to her.
I love grumpy men in love stories and look forward to when they get their heads out of their bottoms and finally realize they’re wrong or being an asshole.
Plus, Antonio is a fireman, so he is an automatic YES for me. LOL
Libby is a smart, hardworking woman and even though she enjoys brand name clothing and accessories, she only buys them from second-hand stores or on sale.
Antonio assumes she is like his ex who was materialistic and only cared about money.
Libby and Antonio are cute together and I enjoyed their slow-ish burn.
You get to also see some of the characters from the other two books and catch up on their lives, as well.
Miss Ina is one of my favorites.
These books are perfect for vacation reads or a low angst escape.
Aurora Rose Reynolds is an automatic one-click author for me.

Libby is really busy with her career, but not feeling fulfilled lately. Also with her sisters falling in love she not feeling fulfilled in her personal life either. One thing that a been a staple in her life has been Tony’s Pizzeria. It has been like a second family she likes everyone and they like her. Except for the owner's son Antonio. He is always rude and cold towards her which is an issue because she really likes him. He is a firefighter and helps out at the restaurant when he can. Antonio senior has a heart attack and he and his wife have decided to sell the restaurant. Tony has always resented the restaurant, his parents have spent all of their time there. Well, things start to heat up between Antonio and Libby. Turns out he judged her before he got to know her because of his previous relationship. Now that there getting closer things to change. I really liked that the author gave a great ending. The book kept a good pace. I read it in one sitting.
ARR did not disappoint. Tossed Into Love is a perfect summer read. It's sweet, sexy and most of all fun. Aurora gives us another moody dominant male. Shew, let me tell you, Antonio pissed me off one min and had me hot and bothered the next. Sigh, he is sexy, like, hot fireman kinda sexy. Libby is all over the place in her life. I think that made her more relatable and more likable. These two have sizzling chemistry. The constant bickering kept that fire burning. I couldn't get enough of it.
"You're a girl who likes the color pink, heels, makeup, and designer clothes. A girl who wants to fall in love with your very own Prince Charming. You're the definition of a princess."
I couldn't write anything without talking about Ina. What I wouldn't give to have her as my neighbor. She always manages to make me giggle. You never know what's going to come from her mouth. She definitely stole my heart. She gave us plenty of entertainment for our group chats.
The fluke my life series is full of heart and low on angst. They are all quick fun reads. Can be read as a standalone.
5 out of 5 Stars
Tossed Into Love is book 3 in the Fluke My Life Series. I really enjoyed Tossed Into Love and can't wait to continue with the series. I loved Libby and Antonio.

The heat between Libby and Antonio is combustible. Enemies to lovers done right, a very cute story and engaging read ❤️
This is my first read in the Fluke My Life series. Yes, I am starting at book 3 and I had zero problems. Each book is a standalone in the series. Characters crossover but it is very easy to follow.
Libby, is absolutely adorable. I instantly liked her. Her crush on Antonio, has been going on for years. Libby, has made a name for herself in a profession that she is not passionate about any longer. She is longing for a change and to do something that makes her truly happy, enter Antonio's family’s restaurant. Although he is a firefighter, he is running the place since his father has recently suffered a heart attack. Antonio, has a chip on his solders when it comes to the Pizzeria. His father sacrificed everything, even family to make the business a success. Where Libby loves the place, to Antonio, he can not get out of there fast enough.
Libby, starts helping out in the pizzeria much to Antonio's disliking, but Libby, simply does not care. This is her calling and she will not let anyone, even the man she has loved in secret for years stop her.
They story is very well written and the flow is nice and easy. It has the hilarity we would expect form Aurora, with just enough drama to make you keep turning the pages.
This is a feel good story that I believe brings this series to a conclusion. I highly recommend this if you are looking to get your HEA fix.
I like ARR and like this series (although I didn't realize I'd read #1 and #2 before until I started on #3). I wasn't a fan of this story and it was all because of the H. Usually its a h that I find annoying but in this case it was all the H. To be blunt, he was just an ASS for about 85% of the story. Antonio is a hot fireman (usually that's enough) who had $ issues because of his previous girlfriend and took them out on Libby because she liked to dress nice, talk about expensive purses with her sisters.... you know be a young woman. He wanted her but she wanted material things (he bases all of this on overhearing a conversation and watching her appearance through the years - she works in a high end salon!). Because she's a material girl he treats her like cr@p for years and Libby continues to crush on him and everybody knows its. She helps his family out at their pizzeria when his dad has a heart attack because she's "that materialistic". He finally sees the light when she goes on a blind date and realizes she's "cute" and has to have her.
She plans to buy his parents pizzeria that he wants nothing to do with because he resents it. Every time she tries to bring it up he shuts her down and says "I don't want to talk about it, I hate it". So when he finds out she plans to buy it he gets mad because she didn't tell him and tells her he's over her and it. Are you freaking kidding?!?!? He was a jerk and I really wish she had kicked him to the curb and moved on. She deserved better.
Spoiler Alert:
Tossed into Love is the third book in the Fluke my Life series surrounded by the Reed Sisters. This one is following sister Libby and her long time crush Antonio which she insists he hates her but has no idea why. He is such a Jerk to Libby, and I had it out for him and thought why the heck would anyone act this way toward another and have no real reason. Her feelings start to come out more as she is having to start working closely together after his family’s pizza restaurant is forced to sell and she takes over. Antonio’s reasoning of disliking Libby is that she is basically high maintenance and only likes designer wear and his past horrible experience with his ex girlfriend being more mercenary than he realized and comparing them both as one in the same. As the story progresses, they both learn more about each other and learn to live with one another…. as the caption of the story says, “opposites can be compatible.” I have to say honestly I am in the middle of this one. I liked it enough to keep reading and to find out what happens between Antonio and Libby however the overuse of the word “cute” was a little distracting and annoying. I do recommend reading this one, it can be read as standalone romance title.
3 Stars. - Read it!
I was given an ARC by the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
