This is book 3 of the Two Love Lane series and while each book is a stand alone readings them in order gives you a feel for these lovely matchmakers!!

This book gives us a back drop to the time when Ella was young and finding her love for the theatre and therestaurant where her father always took her. The restaurant was also where she meets the love of her life and soul mate,Hank. She and Hank both have goals they want to accomplish and as life happens...things change for them and they separate. Now 10 years later Hank, a big time movie star gets a part in the film that happens to be taking place in Charleston where Ella lives. He knows that since he and Ella split his heart has always wondered if their paths would cross again and if they might have a second chance at love with the one that got away??

Wonderfully written storyline that captured my attention from the very beginning and the well detailed characters kept me totally engaged throughout the entire book!

Ella is a matchmaker and loves acting, appearing in Charleston’s local productions. She formerly lived in New York, auditioning to be on Broadway. She was in love with Hank, but they broke up when his career started taking off. Now a movie production comes to town which brings Hank back in her life after 10 long years. I loved all the characters in this book and the author’s writing style. Now I am anxious to read the other books at Two Love Lane!

I have enjoyed reading this series and loved how Ella and Hank's story unfolds. I loved all of the characters but Ella's family was wonderful, fun and you build a connection to them. I'm hoping Hank's cousin gets a story.

I received Second Chance At Two Love Lane written by Kieran Kramer from NetGalley in exchange for a fair review. This is the third book of the series but can be read as a stand-alone. This is the first book I have ever read written by Kieran Kramer.
Ella and Hank both wanted to be actors ten years ago when they were young lovers. On the eve of what Ella thought was a proposal, Hank was offered a big part in a movie and bolted. Today, he comes back hoping for a second chance at love.
Sadly, both Ella and Hank were kinda blah to me. Hank struck me as a depressed man who lost his way and just looking to recreate feelings he once has. Ella seemed more grown up and acknowledged the grown up world and yet still seemed naive about things. It was the secondary characters that appealed to my: Roberta and Ms Thing. But through it all, I could never immerse myself into the story. The writing style always kept me on the outside looking in as if someone was relating the information to me and I wasn’t seeing it with my own eyes. A cute story but fell flat. #SecondChanceAtTwoLoveLane #NetGalley

Thank you Kieran Kramer for writing Second Chance at Two Love Lane! This was a fun and easy read.
I enjoyed reading the love story featuring Ella and Hank. It was fun to visit with the characters from the previous books in this series.

Thank you NetGalley for the chance to read and review this book.

I have read other books by the author and thoroughly enjoyed them. This is the first book of this series for me. I enjoy the second chance trope and thought this was a really good read! I'm sure I'll be reading the previous books in the series.

I received an ARC copy and this is my honest review which I willingly am posting.

This is the story of Ella and Hank and their second chance! I won’t give too much away!
Ella had this birthday tradition of going to see a Broadway play with her dad & afterward going to a restaurant called Serendipity 3. It is there that she first meets Hank and catches his eye. They both have big movie star & Broadway dreams. Eventually they become a couple but end up breaking up. Hank becomes a huge movie star. Ella, although not totally done with Broadway, has become an expert matchmaker and co-owns a business called Two Love Lane. Ten years after their break up, they meet again.
This is where it gets really interesting!! Hank hurt her deeply in the past. But the attraction is still there. Will the super matchmaker finally get her match??

This was a new author for me. I was completely captivated by her quirky characters. There are truly LOL (laugh out loud) moments. This is the third book in the author’s Two Love Lane series. I had no trouble reading this one without having read the first two. However, I’ll probably read them now. Definitely a feel-good funny romance!
This book was provided to me by St. Martin’s Press through NetGalley for my review.

This story by Kieran Kramer is a beautiful continuation of love, friendship and family. In previous books we met Macy, Greer, Miss Thing and Ella. This story focuses on Ella who is a match maker at Two Love Lane, but also a community actress who once missed her chance at the big screen. She chose love instead of her career for a boy named Hank. The same boy that turns around and breaks her heart when he chooses his career over Ella. Fast forward and Hank comes back into Ella’s life for a second time. Hank is still that boy from years ago, but he is now a big screen actor. He is doing everything in his power to convince Ella that he still loves her. He even goes so far as to get Ella her big break on screen with her favorite actress. Will Ella take a second chance at love?? Will the matchmakers step in to help? How will Ella’s family take the news that Hank has returned? This is the third book in the series, and I would recommend them all, but you could read this book as a stand-alone as well. Thank you to St. Martin’s Press for an advanced copy of the book to review.

Ella works as a matchmaker, but her first loves outside of family were acting and Hank. Till Hank broke her heart. Ten years later, he walks back into her life, but is she willing to put her heart out there again?

Hank knows he hurt Ella, but until he sees her again, he doesn't realize how much, and what it will take to regain her trust in order to earn her love again.

As Ella works as an extra on Hank's film, she finds away to open her heart...a recurring phrase in the story is "let go and let love." Both characters have to find a way to let go and let love. Let go of the past, and hurts, let their love for one another rise to the top.

The added cast of characters from the matchmaking service, Hank's cousin, the Nonnas and Ella's Italian family all play a role in helping these two open up and find love--and it's infectious as love abounds in the story. A wonderful way to end this beloved series. Fabulous story I recommend! Remember to "Let go and let love!"

A well written love story that follows matchmakers, Ella, Macy, Greer and Miss Thing. The best part of the romance in this novel is that one of the match makers may finally get the match herself. After a long break from her soul mate, Ella is about to meet up with him again while he is in Charleston for a movie shoot. Will the two pick up from where they left off, will she be able to forgive her broken heart. Great characters, fun romantic tension, great setting, this will be in every romance readers hands this fall.

Second chance romances are one of my favorite to read. While I did enjoy this one it did take me awhile to get into it. It took me a little longer than usual to attach to the characters. But I am glad I stuck with it and finished the book. I will definitely be giving this author’s books a read again.
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book provided by NetGalley.

This book's description sounds fun and I typically enjoy a second-chance romance trope, but I couldn't connect with this novel at all. There are too many characters, random descriptions, and an overload of backstory in the first fifty pages. The heroine spent a lot of time thinking, yet there seemed to be an absence of goals, motivations and conflict. Thanks for the opportunity to read the ARC. This one just wasn't for me. I'm not going to post my review anywhere else.

Second Chance At Two Love Lane is part of a series. Probably best to read in order. Having said that i didn't, and I don't think it took any enjoyment out of it. Ella and her friends own a matchmaking service. Ella always wanted to be an actress, when she was offered an amazing part. Only to turn it down because she didn't want to upset her struggling actor boyfriend. Shortly after he gets an amazing part and dumps her on her birthday.
Hank regrets how he treated Ella and has never got over her.Yet doesn't know how to make amends.
Until he is offered a part in a movie, that's filming in her home town of Charleston. He manages to get her a small part in it. Old feelings rear their heads, will Ella forgive Hank? Pick up a copy and find out. Recommended for fans of contemporary and second chance love

Southern charm with this second chance romance. Ella plays matchmaker at Two Love Lane but her true love is acting, when she gets the chance to audition for an upcoming movie being filmed in Charleston. Now to only find out that her ex boyfriend from ten years ago is the lead actor. Now they only have one week to reconnect. They both still love each other but can they make it work in the end?
This is the third book in the series and I was so excited to finally get Ella's story, which I loved. II also loved the secondary characters of Pammy and Miss Thing, I think they both are a hoot!! Great dialogue between the characters that will keep you turning the pages.

I loved the cover of this book and wanted a light hearted read. I always feel terrible when I grant two stars, which doesn't happen often. With all the reviews I have written only one time did I give out one star. I usually enjoy all genres and I do have one more that is a romance novel that I am reading next.

Second Chance at Two Love Lane is the third story in the Two Love Lane series. It’s a fun, flirty romance for a matchmaker who was once left behind when her then boyfriend decided that the draw of the big screen was more important than the love they shared or the life they could build together.

Hank knew he’d made a mistake in leaving Ella behind and that is supported by his not being able to forget her over the years. What was done is done, but when a second chance comes around he’ll do whatever he can to reunite with his one love. Ella has a contented life if not the one she dreamed of for herself. When she is offered a bit part in a movie filming in her hometown she steps back into the dream once again… only Hank is starring in this movie and her chance to do what she’d dreamed of is bittersweet knowing he is near.

I enjoyed stepping back into the world of Two Love Lane again. I do wish Hank and Ella had spent more time talking to each other and far less time thinking and having their own inner-mind conversations though. That is my own personal opinion, but I believe I would have connected with them a bit deeper if I saw them put their thoughts into action. As always, I loved the secondary characters and the matchmakers themselves. In all, it was a fun read one that I’d recommend to any Romance reader who loves that second chance to fall in love all over again.

*I received an e-ARC of this novel from the publisher via NetGalley. That does not change what I think of this story. It is my choice to leave a review giving my personal opinion about this book.*

Second Chance At Two Love Lane, is the third novel from Kieran Kramers's series, Two Love Lane. Both the primary and secondary characters are quite interesting and well-defined. The prologue is thoroughly captivating, which sets the stage for the story to unfold. This book can be read as a standalone.

Ella Mancini and Hank Rogers met at New York City's famous Serendipity 3, and overtime fell in love. Both were waiting to be discovered, when Hank was offered a big role. A day later Hank was off pursuing his dream while Ella was all alone. Ella had turned down a chance at stardom in exchange for Hank's love. In fact, when Hank told her he had big news, Ella thought they were getting engaged. Now it is ten years later and Ella is a professional matchmaker living in Charleston. She loves her job, her family and her friends. Hank is a down-to-earth, Oscar nominated actor with a residence in Brooklyn. Ella and Hank never fell out of love, so when Hank is in Charleston for a week of filming, they finally find their forever together.

I liked this book, however the pace was a bit slow for my taste. The secondary characters, especially Hank's cousin Pammy, and Ella's nonnas, were quite entertaining. Overall, a solid read.
