She systematically explains five traits that are required to execute at the highest level: Vision, Passion, Action, Resilience and Relationships. Even if someone is already good at some of these, they will benefit from learning more about the other traits. The numerous personal experiences which the author relates in the book get key points across in a tangible manner, and also lend credibility to her method. Having overcome some challenging obstacles to start her own company in 2003, and eventually sell it to Singtel in 2014, she definitely knows what she's talking about.
