Dani believes she has nine lives. Why? Because she has been in more accidents that should of killed her, but she's lived.

Normally I wouldn't like a main character like Dani. She was such a bully. Her snarky, hurtful way she deals with people really made me dislike her. Maybe that's her way of dealing with her twin sister's illness.
But I might be the same way if my sister was diagnosed with cancer.

I liked Sarah's writing, it seemed effortless, everything flowed well. You really feel for the characters.

I like how the story features a pair of sisters and how Dani tries to cope with her sister's cancer. The narration felt distant with Dani focusing on the outside or giving info dumps about the past. I understand that Dani has her way of coping, but it made it difficult to connect with her.

I started reading this book and it didn't catch my attention for a bit but sadly I ended up DNF this book. Sorry for the late review.
