Second book in a series. Basis of the plot is that a scientist has gone missing after he has discovered a method of extending human life! His daughter, on whom he had possibly experimented, follows a possible lead to his whereabouts in China. She is accompanied by a Jack Reacher clone and you will possibly be able to guess the outcome.
The premise seems somewhat unlikely and the storyline struggles to keep credibility at bay. Sorry to say I didn't
much enjoy the book but it might while away a couple of hours on a journey.

Targeting the Telomeres to be an exciting and thrilling with the back bone of a really good espionage book.

The characters are weaved though the book with expertise of a seasoned thriller writer who is able to bring the world he created into the light. R.N Shapiro creates a vivid picture of the world Amanda Michael's is thrown into as she tries to keep the do or die mission from being coming a die mission.
