This book itself was informative, but i thought this book would be more about the business of selling instead of selling a business. A subtle but important different!

So if you are someone looking into learning how to sell a business? Great this book will give you some good advice and information!

But if you want a book about the business of selling... nope. wrong book!

Easy to read...but not much information provided for business owners considering a sale of their business....other than hire a business intermediary

This helpful guide to sell your own business can e divided in two sections:
In the first one the author describes the reasons you want to sell and the reason you don't,
in the second section he describes in full details the right pocess you wolud follow if you want to maximize your result.

I don't own a business, but I'd love to and this book's got very direct advice on what it means to sell your business and better yet, it starts with you as a person, understanding what you want and how you want to go about it.
