Great book. These are all top-quality authors. A very satisfying read. Enjoyable plots and characters. And generally well-written to boot. Recommended.
Thanks to NetGalley for providing me with an arc in exchange for my honest opinion.

Three hot stories about sexy shifters from a trio of today's hottest paranormal romance authors, headlined by bestselling authors Eve Langlais and Milly Taiden.
This is a shifter anthology by some of the top paranormal authors today. I’ve read stories by each author so I had a pretty good idea of their writing styles. I’m not a huge short-story person, but the authors’ names were what made me want to read this. Each story was decent and for the most part, well-paced. Milly Taiden’s was by far my favorite story. I recommend for anyone that likes these authors or this genre.

"Bearing His touch"
very interesting story, had me very engrossed in the story. However, at times it felt very familiar to another story, yet still different. That didn't change my interest in finding out what was to happen."
"Fake Mated to the Wolf
LOVED
loved the drama that was added to the story, but I can't believe Shawna was clueless."
I read the first 2 stories so quickly, but the 3rd just barely held my interest.

Anthologies tend to be mixed bags in regards to what you get. IN THE MOOD FUR LOVE was a solid mix of pretty fun paranormal romances involving fated mates.

Bearing His Touch by Eve Langlais

I liked this story a lot. For it being a short story, it had plenty of suspense, sexy time, and humor. While cheesy lines have their limits, I was absolutely delighted by the persistence of bear puns and jokes. There are some pretty dark moments so Stavros and his bear family's craziness was a wonderful way to balance the whole creepy stalking/kidnapping plot. The romance between Becka and Stavros was adorable and didn't feel rushed at all.

Fake Mate to the Wolf by Milly Taiden

The plot was decent but I wasn't too big of a fan of the romance. Parts of the plot seemed rushed and because of that the romantic relationship felt unfinished. Separately Shawna and Hawke are nice characters. Shawna was great and I loved how she was so determined to do right by her family. I liked Hawke well enough even though I thought there was some error in my ARC due to him being called Hawke Hawke which constantly gave me pause every time I came across it. Together, they didn't click right for me, also some of the dialogue between them was weird.

The Witch, The Werewolf and The Waitress and I by Kate Baxter

This one felt the most magical as it dealt with a witch's curse with the characters going on a quest to breaking while falling in love. I loved the idea of someone being physically stuck in the same place for centuries. Ellie and Colin both felt completely developed and both connected in a realistic way. Their romance felt the most romantic out of all three stories in this novella and I liked that while I assumed they were going to get their happy ending there was a touch of doubt until the very end.

A steamy, sexy, romantic mix. Each individual author has their own flare and flirty fun. A great read. Each page is fun and as one story ends another begins.

Second installment off fun collection of stories from these three authors! Great stories that will cover a big spectrum from heartwarming to fun and flirty to romantic. Something for everyone. These authors do not leave you hanging and always provide a great read. Recommend.

These three stories are very entertaining and I enjooyed reading them. Each story has its own unique set of circumstances that brought the couples together and made them realize that love can find you any time, place or when you least expect it. I'm looking forward to the next installment of anthology of Baxer, Taiden and Langlais. Please ladies more of these 3 in 1 books by the three of you. I can't wait fot your next installment. I'll always be In the Mood Fur Love of all these books.

In mood, fur love is the second installment in the fur universe. Since this is the second book in the universe and it contains 3 stories from 3 different authors I don't feel like I should call it a series. The stories that were written by Milly Taiden and Eve Langlais made me feel like they belong in the same series. Some things like the mating and its rules were the same or very similar and I loved that. The third story written by Kate Baxter felt out of place and it was my least favorite. Things were different in that story and it threw me a little off. That story wasn't for me, period. I didn't like the main characters and I couldn't get into the story. My favorite was
Bearing His Touch by Eve Langlais and that didn't surprise me since I usually love whatever Eve Langlais writes. I just wish that the hero had spoken some greek. That was my only wish when it came to the story. Fake Mated to the Wolf by Milly Taiden is a good story and it had good writing. It came very close to being my favorite, but something held me back.

In this book, you get three short stories about different shifter species and it was my cup of tea. I like paranormal romance and this one was a lot of fun. Keep in mind that were are talking about shifter's here so there is insta-love and if you don't like that you might wanna skip this book. I would happily recommend it.

In the Mood Fur Love by Eve Langlais, Milly Taiden, Kate Baxter is a compilation of short stories centering on shifters finding their mates. I am torn when faced with short stories. Reading novellas are an excellent way to sample new authors.

I enjoyed two stories out of the three. Bearing His Touch by Eve Langlais has charming characters. The bear shifters are quite hilarious, and there is a unique take on vampirism. Fake Mated to the Wolf by Milly Taiden was, unfortunately, not engaging to me. The dramatic undertone did not grip me. I felt the lack of full novel development most here. Perhaps if I knew these characters a little better, the struggle would interest me more. The Witch, the Werewolf and the Waitress by Kate Baxter was also enjoyable. I suspected as much, having read prior novels from this author, and her short story did not disappoint. A bonus was the setting takes place in my neck of the woods, which rarely happens in popular fiction.

Every couple experiences what is close to love at first sight. The men are very alpha, and the women slightly subservient. These are not bad traits, but, short stories can lack substance leaving the genre cliches more prominent. Overall I did enjoy In the Mood Fur Love. I was provided an ARC copy of this book from St. Martin's Press through NetGalley. I encourage all readers to form their own opinions.

There are three short stories.

Bearing his touch - Eve Langlais

Becka is a tormented woman who has suffered physical violence since the death of her grandfather. At first they hit her only on parts of the body that could be hidden, but then the violence got worse, and she never understood why.
Until one day, a group of men dressed in black - like ninjas - invades the hotel room where she was, and she is able to escape. Soon after, she is helped by Stravos. He had been a police officer but had worked as a detective for some time.
Stravos soon realizes what Becka was and decides to protect her, since she was his mate.

The funniest part is when Becka is introduced to Stravos' family.

Fake Mated to the Wolf, Milly Taiden

Shawna Elisa works at mateforlife.com
Her boss, Clark, fires her claiming she was going to the toilet too much.
Shawna really needed that job to keep her mother and brother.
The problem was that Clark has always depended on Shawna's good work, and now that she is no longer in the company, he screw up everything.

Hawke Hawke (yep, that's his name), the owner of the company, goes after Shawna to offer her a better position in the company. Besides, he always knew she was his mate.
To make her discover this without her being frightened, he hires her to be his fake fiancee.

The Witch, the werewolf and the Waitress, Kate Baxter.

Ellie Curtis was cursed by a witch. She would live forever and could never leave that city.
When Colin Courtney arrives in town and sees the waitress, he soon realizes that she is his mate. He was passing by, he needed to return to his pack. But if he wanted to take Ellie with him, he would have to break the curse.

Wasn't sure what to expect- I never really am when it comes to short story collections like this, when a small group of authors decides to put out a project together. But I was familiar with two of the three, so when I received the invite to read it, I accepted. I'm glad I did. I now have another author to follow!

So if you like any of these three, definitely check this one out. I don't think you'll be disappointed. I wasn't.

Eve Langlais, Milly Taiden and Kate Baxter make a nice trio. This is the second book from those three authors. Having read Thanks fur Last Night, it was fun to read on.
Bearing His Touch by Eve Langlais is a funny read. Stavros is a bear shifter with a large and funny family. He rescues Becka from a kidnapping and realizes she is his mate. But how can you tell someone that you are a bear shifter? Not to mention all the funny family members butting in. A nice and cozy read.
Fake Mated to the Wolf by Milly Taiden. Mwah, it was the least of the three stories I think. It was just... I don't know. I couldn't relate to the characters and the whole story was a bit hazy for me.
The Witch, The Werewolf and The Waitress by Kate Baxter. This was the most exciting book of the bunch. We meet Ellie, who is a waitress, stuck in a small deserted town. She has been cursed by a witch, so that she can never leave the town. Then Colin comes along. A werewolf, who helps her to free her from the curse. But after being stuck in one place for hundreds of years: can Ellie be convinced to come with Colin? Feisty, funny and action. Loved it.
In all, three out of five stars from me and a special thank you to Netgalley for providing the arc.

In the Mood Fur Love
by Eve Langlais (Goodreads Author), Milly Taiden (Goodreads Author), Kate Baxter (Goodreads Author)

A definite buy and enjoy book.

There was only one area that maybe I had to downgrade. I felt like it was missing a little information every now and then. HOWEVER, with snark, heart, wit, suspense and fun. This three for one was perfect for reading. I liked that even though each story was shorter it did not seem like it was short cut in any way. I enjoyed each aspect and character of these reads. I must say while not a normal line for me , I will be looking out for this in the future. The writers are extremely talented and gets your attention and keeps it. So if you want short reads that are titillating and just plain enjoyable you need to buy this one! I was given this ARC via NetGalley. All opinions expressed here are my own. Regards, Anna

Review:

So, the blurb pretty much hits the highlights for each of the novellas in this book.

Each story is wonderfully written by three of the best paranormal romance writers. Each is super sexy with lots of heart. The biggest thing I have to say is that I wish each were full length because I did not get enough of each of the couples.

If you are looking for a good shifter romances, then you should read this. You get some quick interesting reads and they might whet your appetite for more of these Authors. And if you like these, I recommend "The Big Alpha in Town" another anthology and stories from these worlds by these three worlds.

BEARING HIS TOUCH by Eve Langlais was a fun romp with a bear. Stavros found himself dealing with a creature he didn’t know existed, all to save his wounded mate, Becka. It was a fun, quick and sexy story.

FAKE MATED TO THE WOLF by Millie Taiden was Hawke’s story. He met his match with Shawna in this sexy fast-moving story. There were a few questions left unanswered, but it was still a fun read.

THE WITCH, THE WEREWOLF, AND THE WAITRESS by Kate Baxter was a nice surprise. I don’t normally care for witches and the like, but this novella was sexy and fun to read. Just think cursed waitress and rebellious werewolf on a quest.

The anthology was a good time, each story was the perfect length and they all blended together well. Sexy, quirky, and fun. I enjoyed it.

Bearing His Touch by Eve Langlais I have to give a huge warning on this one. There is physical abuse in this one, so if you can’t handle that I recommend skipping Eve’s story in the anthology.

This one starts out on the crazy train from hell, which if you’ve read any of Eve’s stuff, I kind of expected. But this one is on a new level. She amps up the anxiety with the mystery man holding Becka prisoner throughout the story. Once she meets Stavros though, she can’t help but allow him to help her discover the truth of her identity and steal her heart in the process. The bear does nothing but protect from start to finish and it is so cute. I love thinking about cuddling up the a bear like that. Beautiful in both forms. The family is totally crazy, but you can’t help loving them also. I somehow be their family is based off of a family Eve knows and loves. They are all in things together.

I won’t spoil the story because there is mystery abounding in it. Just know there is a HEA like we all love from her. Stavros finds his furever mate and does everything to keep her safe. I’m pretty sure there will be another anthology coming soon, and I can’t wait to see who’s story she tells next time. I’m giving this one a 5 just cause it made me laugh and almost cry. It is also a perfect story to start the month of October with to get your Halloween groove started. Happy reading my passengers!!!

In the Mood Fur Love is a collection of novella length paranormal romances from bestselling authors Eve Langais, Milly Taiden, and Kate Baxter. Each story focuses on mated pairs finding their one true love while facing personal trials or danger. I love the idea that in these romances a HEA comes from the most unexpected circumstances. If you'd love a quick walk on the wild side, then this anthology is just for you!

Bearing His Touch - Eve Langlais (5/5)
This is the cute read of the stories! Stavros is a humorous bear that finds his fated mate bloodied and bruised and hiding in a dirty alley. One touch and he's determined to save her from whoever is hunting her. Becka may have been held prisoner for two months but she wasn't afraid to fight for her freedom. She was more concerned about putting innocent people in danger, even if those innocent people were actually a clan of bears. I loved her attitude which contrasted with Stavros because she was so pragmatic to his fearless confidence. Bearing His Touch is the fun and humorous opening to the compilation!

Fake Mated to the Wolf - Milly Taiden (3/5)
I wasn't crazy about this story and out of the three it was my least favorite. It was interesting, but a little confusing in the beginning. I felt like I was dropped in the middle of a bigger story because all the characters seemed to know each other and there were a lot of pointed references to established friendships. Shawna was a little prideful, but her compassion for those in trouble made her a perfect match for Hawke, who also looked out for those in need on a grander scale. Even for a novella the story felt rushed.

The Witch, the Werewolf, and the Waitress - Kate Baxter (4/5)
The closing story of the novel has classic paranormal romance written all over it! Colin and Ellie don't have the greatest meeting, but once Colin's wolf recognizes her as his mate all bets are off. Ellie has been cursed by a witch and doomed to live forever in Lowman, Idaho, unable to age or die. But once Colin learns of her fate, he'll do anything to help her. I love that in order to save her they go off on a quest of sorts. There's danger all for just the possibility that they'll be able to break the curse. Even if Colin can help Ellie he still has to worry about his position in the pack. All in all, this was definitely a well-rounded romance!

Fur #2, I love punny titles. This is technically book three for this series but the first one didn't have the fur pun and if you want to really get technical Eve Langlais contribution to this set is book 6 of her series Their Furever Mates but it's all good they each can be stand alone titles.

Bearing His Touch: Eve Langlais
Becka was kidnapped and held against her will for over a month before the opportunity for her to escape presented itself. Barefoot and bruised she had nowhere to go and almost got caught again if it wasn't for Stavros. Stavros knew immediately what Becka was to him and he would go to great lengths to protect her. One reason I enjoy Eve Langlais' books is how she combines the humor and the action with all the sexy parts too. Another reason I like her is how she writes her female characters, strong; even with everything that's happened to her Becka isn't going to easily stand down and let Stavros take care of her, but she's also smart and she knows when to listen for her own safety. I thoroughly enjoyed this one, I think this is my favorite of hers so far.

Fake Mated to the Wolf: Milly Taiden
Mates Fur Hire the website dedicated to finding you a fake mate for all those functions where people are going to needlessly bug you about finding your mate. Really his name was Hawke Hawke?? Or was that just ARC typo? Hawke new immediately that Shawna was his mate. He was surprised to find out that she worked for him and normally he prides himself in personally meeting everyone who works for him. Shawna is the mastermind behind the mates for hire website, it's her brainchild and her chauvinistic misogynist of a boss who takes all the credit fires her. Three months after their initial meeting Hawke finally decides to do something about it only to find out Shawna was just fired so he fixed it. But Shawna's life is about to get way more complicated than they ever imagined. This is my favorite out of this book. I love how devoted the shifters are to their mates even before the mates realize who they are to them. In Shawna's case she is so oblivious because her low self esteem she can't even see it when he practically spells it out for her and it's obvious to everyone else.

The Witch, the Wolf, and the Waitress: Kate Baxter
Cursed by a witch three centuries ago Ellie has known nothing but Lowman, Idaho. Cursed with not being able to leave Lowman and with immortality Ellie has grown complacent, bored, and lonely but she has been for so long it's what she has become use to so when a stranger walks into the diner and stirs all the feelings she never thought she'd feel again especially hope. Colin wants more than anything to become a sentry even if his alpha doesn't agree, he wants more than what pack life has to offer him. But on his way to his appointment for the sentry job he meets his mate and when he finds out about her curse nothing is going to get in his way from making her happy including breaking the curse even if that means he loses her forever. This one is darker than the other two in this set there is more angst than humor and it all the action seems very sucient. Kate Baxter is hit and miss with me and this one is just kind of sitting in the middle as ehh, it was good but it felt like something was missing.

Overall, this was a good set to read I enjoyed it. Each of the authors bring something different and that makes the whole thing enjoyable and worth wild.
