I wasn’t sure what to expect from this book and for the first 75% of it I really enjoyed it and was interested to see where the story would go. However, the few final chapters were very repeatative, rushed and badly written. I also think the ending was very strange, I wouldn’t recommend this book.
This is just a description of a pornography, which in my opinion not even long enough to be as a book. Although I did enjoy some parts and wonder will it be better if the author puts more "stories" together will make it feel more like a book? Not a bad try, hope the author tries more next time.
This short read was good but not exceptional. It was interesting and dark. It ended quickly and sort of shocked me.
I really have no idea what this story is about. There is a central character, Paul, but there is not a true storyline around him. It does not have a consistent flow. It seemed like a bunch of stories clumped together with no purpose. I am giving this book a 0 star rating.
The character development was lacking. Paul was sort of a contradiction. Not handsome, but good looking. Self assured, especially when it comes to his education, but he has not proved anything. He looks down on people who are in a better position than he is. Paul was selfish, self-centered, and self-obsessed. He knew that about himself. I did not see or feel Paul was a dominant. I was not convinced. He was just ordering women around because he knew how to satisfy a woman in bed. He seemed more of a masochist.
The romantic chemistry between any of the characters was non-existent. Paul had an objective from the beginning of his "interview". He wanted to somehow prove he was "the boss" and to have Trudy, his employer, wrapped around his finger. Trudy saw this "relationship" between her and Paul as a game of control. I did not sense a game. Trudy reeked of desperation. She thought too much into the interview and her fake relationship with Paul. After one night, she thought he wanted more than a employer/employee interaction. She was delusional. She did not know how to separate business and pleasure. She wanted Paul as a business asset, but she also wanted him exclusively in her bed. She was trying to figure out how she could make Paul hers again and to have him run back to her.
The author needs to do a better job of separating the thoughts of the characters. The thoughts are jumbled together. I do not think the author had an idea of where she wanted this storyline to go or what she wanted to achieve in the long run. The character development was not consistent. For a moment, the author even tried to make it seem like Paul had a conscience. She wanted him to be relatable after he was a douche the whole book? The writing was all over the place.
I was simply bored with this story. There was no umph to it. It was plain and it read like an instruction manual. Just going through the motions. The made-up angst was ridiculous. It did not make sense that Paul would risk his freedom to get rid of his competition. He was jealous, but the author made him look confident and self assured throughout the book. It did not match up. Finally, it took a completely dark turn towards the end and it ended abruptly. This further shows the story was not cohesive, in any sense. In good conscience, I definitely cannot recommend this book.

I really did not like this book, it was hard to get into the story line. I think the characters had potential, but the story didn't have a flow. the writing was not great. I wouldn't recommend this book to anyone.
This book really surprised me. Each story had a slight cool darkness about it. Really kept my attention and was pleasantly surprised by the ending.
This book just didn't catch my attention. It took me a while to get into this book and it just missed on many levels for me.

Well, that was something.
Very short, fast read. Good, but needed something... it was almost too short of a read and kinda lacked development...
It ended really abruptly...
But definitely an author I'm looking forward to reading in the future
This is the first book by this author that I've read. By the title alone it intrigued me. The blurb was intriguing too..
Tge characters were well thought out. The plot was ok. If it wasnt for the sex scenes that kept me somewhat interested I would have put it down halfway through it and it's less than 200 pages. It wasn't what I thought it would turn out to be. A little too much violence in a romance book for me.
If i could give this book a lower star i would. This book was horrible, from the writing to the plot, just everything!
I felt like i was reading a child’s book about sex with the constant need to repeat everything 5 times. And all the women Paul was with were the same just different names and looks. They all acted the same and ‘sounded’ the same.
There was also SOO many mistakes in this book, im glad i got to read it for free instead of buying it somewhere. I will never read another book by this author, im sorry. I wanted to enjoy it, but i didn’t enjoy any of it and im suprised i was even able to finish the book.
Paul is...a whore and proud of it. There's backstabbing and drama and very explicit sex scenes. BUT...it's just okay.

I can honestly say that I didn't enjoy this book and if it hadn't been for the fact that it was around 200 pages I would have probably given up with it.
The storyline was intriguing but I didn't like any of the characters and although it was steamy in places it definitely doesn't have the depth of story that 50 SoG had. In fact I felt there wasn't really a story to this book and towards the end it became too violent.
It's very unusual for me not to enjoy a book but I don't think I will be reading anymore by this author.
Paul is a gigolo or as he calls himself, a whore. He works for an escort agency run by Trudy, who sends him out to women who need companionship. When Trudy wants Paul to herself and he doesn't want her, she stops giving him assignments. He used up his savings and loses his girlfriend. He must get rid of the pretty boy she has hired to take his place. Paul has no morals or scruples so he gets rid of the competition by destroying his looks. Trudy takes him back but her security staff is very unhappy about it. They decide to get rid of Paul. Erotica with explicit sex scenes and a surprise ending. I received this book from Net Galley and BooksGoSocial for an honest review and no compensation otherwise.
Paul Smith is a shady character who is self-centred and I found to be very unlikable. Sure the story is explicit but unsavoury. I guess it’s a reflection of the quality of Rocky’s character building that I found him to be so but I certainly didn’t find reading this to be pleasant.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own

I appreciate Netgalley’s ARC but this book was just not for me.
The Gigolo by Rocky Wyatt really had no storyline & very weak plot if any other than clients who hire Paul ( aka said Gigalo who loves his job) for sex. These scenes ( of which there are many) even seemed rote & mechanical as Paul pretty much has the same approach with each of his clients.
Paul also comes across as arrogant - for me this was a “no go”
Wow, quite a different book than I normally read but I did like it and it’s twists and turns,.......not going to give anything away but the direction it went it surprising
This book is so badly written that it does not even deserve one-star. Sex: a vibrator on clitoris, a dildo in vagina and cock in anus. That's all this guy can do, chapter after chapter, every single time more lame than the previous innings. Subject: she's paying me for sex, she's my slave. Objective: I cannot hold any other job. Ending: Gets beaten to a pulp and probably left for dead by fellow gigolos who are angry at his 'growing' business / clout. Incredibly boring story, 'layout' and writeup.
