This was a great book. I'm always interested in health and fitness and improving my diet. The Crave Reset was so helpful in figuring out my cravings and how to look at them differently, and try to reset them. The advice is easy to understand, and easy to follow. I will be keeping this book around to check back in with as I keep improving my diet because sometimes cravings come back.

When most people think about eating healthy, they tend to focus on all the limitations they face. You can't eat this. You can't do that. But in just a few pages Dr. Zinkov will reframe the way you approach a healthy lifestyle! Also, there's a bonus! At the end of the book, Dr. Zinkov has a bunch of great recipes that you can try at home!

What got to read was pretty good with some interesting information but it expired quickly before I was able to finish reading and then I could not finish reading, which was disappointing. I wish it was offered as a Kindle book instead.

This book opened my eyes to why most diets I have tried have failed. There is a reason why we crave what we do and this book laid out that information in a straightforward and easy to understand manner. I feel much more equipped to handle weight loss now.

Dr. Elena Zinkov is a local naturopathic physician,yoga teacher, and a nutrition expert, who will dive into the principles behind the 421 Reset Program and what it means to eat real food, eat food you love, and food is fuel. Tone with Pure Barre, restore with a rejuvenating yoga sequence, and stay for enlightening discussion of what it means to be truly healthy. She has strong belief in protein. However, in a protein driven diets; I love the fact she says you can have to much protein.This book will give you insight about cravings and how to deal with craving.

Unfortunately, this was not an informative book but instead more repetition. It felt like this was more of an advertisement for the authors' Crave Reset by Dr. Elena Zinkov ND, Ultimate Craving Control supplement, which I might add is super expensive.

The author explains why there are cravings, albeit on a shallow basis, but none of her suggestions or recipes would actually end your cravings. The food recommendations and recipes are dietetic and healthy, but would only increase the craving for unhealthier foods. Ask anyone who’s ever been on a diet. Does eating dreck make you stop craving carbs and sugar and junk? No, you’re eating right, but the desire doesn’t change.
