I have known about these letters and the ultimate love story for many many years but never read them! Sadly emails, Twitter, and blogs just aren’t the same as a hand written letter where time has been take to really think about what you are saying and why. Not quickly tapped out to be instantly sent and received. Lacking the thrill of anticipatiion receiving, opening and feeling the paper that the sender has also touched. When you write a letter you also give something of yourself in your handwriting that email just cannot do. Because of this these letters become even more precious and wonderful.
