In addition to questions, this guide includes what to expect and how to prepare for these tests, along with why companies use these types of tests to get users into the minds of the hiring company. A quintessential read.

The author did a great job of including relevant questions that employers are asking potential employees. Now that I have seen some of the questions and how answers are interpreted, I feel better prepared for the next time I have to take one of these.
