I don't know what it is, but every book I read based on Tristan and Isolde just falls so flat. Had to DNF this one because no matter how many times I tried to get into it, I just couldn't. Was bored out of my mind unfortunately.

This one was a bit too fluffy and over the top for me. However, I still really appreciated all of the important issues it brought up.
