It's cute and works for the age range it's meant to be for. I think it'd work for younger school age as well.
Overall: The books are geared toward toddler but could work in a kindergarten classroom or student in my opinion.
I read this story with my four year old and we both found it a bit boring. Even more annoying was the constant grammatical errors. A children's book should not be teaching a child to speak incorrectly. This book really needs editing to even be passably okay.
I had my heart in my mouth throughout this read. It’s emotionally charged ready for that wonderful surprise.
A lovely colourful book with a lot of hints and creative ideas for the little reader. Both the illustration and the text converges towards involving the child - from 30 months up - in the reading experience and being part of the story, alongside the adult reader. Strongly recommended not only for parents but also for kindergarten libraries and educators.
