I didn't check to see if this book was part of a series when I applied for a galley, but I'm so obsessed with Louisa Edwards' chef romances that I had to grab it. There were times when I was completely lost because of the characters mentioned and references to the first books in the series, but overall, it was still a story I could fall in love with. Louisa creates characters that feel real to the reader and situations that could actually happen. I need to pick up the other books in the series because Hot Under Pressure was THAT GOOD.
