I have always enjoyed this series, The 79th Copper Mountain Rodeo, but this story was one of my favorite ones.
I have always been a fan of Sinclair Jayne and this was a good one.
If you enjoy reading about cowboys and rodeos this is one for the books. This is about finding your own way and finding your one girl to love forever.

Cowboy Come Home is a beautiful love story. Boone is clueless about his life goals and is not ready to accept that he is in love with Piper. Piper who was nomadic is ready to find a place and put down roots. The story is about how both of them finds a way forward.
Good to read about all the familiar characters from Marietta and how everyone is closely knitted.

I received complimentary copy of this book from NetGalley and I am voluntarily reviewing it.
Wow! I read this in one setting. I just couldn't put it down. The tale between Piper and Boone was just like a fairy tale. What I really loved was Boone. The male protagonist is usually the arrogant alpha. Boone was the strong tough bull-riding cowboy but a marshmallow in regards to Piper. He was so totally confused in his feelings. He wanted to be with Piper but felt he wasn't good enough. Not the man that his father is. After a few tears on my part, Boone talks with his father. I definitely highlighted that page. It was so touching and heartfelt. I totally cheered for a HEA!!!!
I definitely needed the dual POV that this book is written in. I have not been in the situations of either Piper or Boone. While it was easy to identify with Piper and her strong sense of self and moving forward; Boone not so much. I really needed that look into his head to see where he was coming from. This helped me to really get a feel for Boone and to realize that he really was that marshmallow and totally human. I totally fell in love with him (and okay Piper as well but man just the thought of seeing him riding bulls!!!! PHEW!!!)
This story does have a few sex scenes in it. BUT the story is there and the few scenes revolve around the plot not the other way around. I have to go and read the stories from this author regarding the other characters in this book. They were awesome.
I do like the fact that this story is a part of a series regarding a rodeo in Marietta, Montana that is written from different authors about different couples. Each story contains glimpses of the other couples BUT the stories are really stand-alone one. I would highly recommend reading the other stories though. Each one is so unique and wonderful.

I received an arc from Netgalley. I usually enjoy the chase in the story and although this story starts out with some history between the two characters there is still a beautiful love story between Piper and Boone.
These two have been out on the rodeo circuit for the last four months and when Boone heads into his hometown for the rodeo he doesn’t tell Piper this is where he is from. Piper finds out in a shocking way and thinks Boone doesnt want to share his life with her and she wasn’t good enough.
The struggle is real with these two and their feelings but Love finds a way.

Boone is a Cowboy following the rodeo circuit, but his home is a ranch in Marietta Montana.
When Boone meets Piper a beautiful masseuse on the beach it’s a love story just sneaking up on him, and he is not ready.
It’s a good read I understood Piper, her wants and dreams, but Boone keeping his hometown and family hidden from Piper just left me in the dust, the rodeo dust I guess.

Boone wants to make his mark in the world. When he compares himself to his father's success he feels that he falls short. Piper is making it on her own and doing it her own way. She is not the kind of woman to get wrapped up in a man. When they meet it is an instant, undeniable attraction. Boone needs to stay focused. He has a single goal in mind. Can Piper be his new dream? Sometimes we don't know what we really want until we find that one person who changes everything. Great read.

Cowboy Boone Telford is running out of time being on the rodeo circuit and by the age he is now his father had more buckles, titles and money. Wanting to make his own name he feelings he needs to make this year his best year in order to bring something to the families ranch. On his travels in meet Piper Wiley a masseuse in California, now she never thought that she would be following a cowboy around from rodeo to rodeo but there is something about Boone that gives her a calming feeling that she has never felt. They are good for each other until they get to his home town and then Boone tells her that he must be alone, he also did not tell her that the town is where he grew up in. when she finds all of that out on her own she knows there are more things going on with him that just riding. It all comes to ahead when Boone finds out that she has decided to set up a permanent shop in the town and now he must face all of his fears. He also must decide to let her walk or cowboy up and apologize, read this good story to find out.

Cowboy Come Home is a touching and lovely novel about a lost man struggling to find himself and not lose the girl her truly loves.. Boone and Piper meet on the beach in California and he is drawn deeply to invite her to join him on the summer rodeo circuit. They initially start as a romance for the summer but neither can stop the love that forms between them. He is torn by his need to be someone outside his successful family and on the edge of losing the one really crucial thing: Piper.
I loved the writing and the way Ms. Jayne described both Boone and Piper’s inner thoughts, struggles and emotions.

4 star
The story has laughs, pain, secrets, and heartbreak.
If you have not read the below I would recommend reading those books(s) first
The Cowboy Meets His Match (The 79th Copper Mountain Rodeo Book 1)
The Bull Rider's Return (The 79th Copper Mountain Rodeo Book 2)
This is Piper and Boone’s story. Boone is trying to figure out his life. He has dreams he wants to fulfil and he is trying his hardest to do that. When he meets Piper he is smitten but is he ready to settle down? Piper swore she would never drop everything for a man and that is exactly what she did with Boone. Can they have a future, or will he drop her when he thinks she is no longer needed? Can these two figure out if they have a future together or is one of them about to get hurt?
I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read.
I recommend this book.

When Boone Telford asked Piper Wiley travel with him from town to town for the rodeo circuit, he always knew their time together would come to an end. And Marietta, the town where his family lives seems to be the right place for the pair to part ways, especially since he isn't ready to tell her more about himself. However, letting her go isn't easy. Yet, when she discovers what he's hiding soon after they arrive in Marietta, will he be able to win back Piper's trust or will he lose the woman he's fallen in love with?
The way this story started with the prologue proves that Boone has really strong feelings for Piper and it's not going to be easy to let her go. However, it was from the moment the hero and heroine arrive in his hometown where this story really takes off, as Boone is hiding so much from Piper and as this story progresses it's palpable to Piper that something is going on with him. Really, she knows him that well. Will he ever tell her the truth? Will what he's keeping rom her tear them apart?
As for the dialogue, it was entertaining and intense due to the main characters back stories, especially that of the heroine, as she's never had a permanent home and is finally ready to settle in one place. Moreover, I really liked both the main characters. With the heroine, she's resilient, courageous and I liked the decisions she made for her future because Marietta seems like the perfect fit. I also liked how she handles things with the hero, even though it isn't easy for her to deal with the fact that she's in love with Boone and she realizes that he may never be able to give her the stability she needs. While the hero, he's hard-working, smart, resilient and I liked how determined he is to prove his worth. No way will he live off what his father has built. I also liked the close friendships he has with the other riders on the tour and the close relationships he has with his family who give him much needed advice when it comes to his relationship with Piper. Really, and if he doesn't listen then he's letting the best woman that he's ever been with get away.
Overall, Ms. Jayne has delivered a really good read in this book where the chemistry between Piper and Boone is strong; the romance was hot and shows how good these two are together; and the ending had me liking Boone's determination to win the heroine back because she's the one for him. I would recommend Cowboy Come Home by Sinclair Jayne, if you enjoy small town romances, stories containing sexy cowboys, or books by authors Heidi Rice, Jeannie Watt, Joan Kilby and Sarah Mayberry.

This tale is about two people searching for their happy ever after in life... not a relationship, per see...Boone is part of a family who are expert in everything... making him feel like he needed to compete and somehow feel like he was equal... A long road for him. Piper has her own plans. She is educated and develops her way by receiving a certificate for her profession. She has her tools and the one thing she is looking for is to belong somewhere.
These two connect and even though Piper swore she wasn't going to fall into the trap of following a guy for "Love"...she does with Boone.
This is a Marietta tale and falls into the usual feels.

Sinclair Jayne writes a good cowboy story and Cowboy, Come Home is no exception. Third in the 79th Copper Mountain Rodeo multi-author series, this book is set in gorgeous Marietta Montana, a town with a heart of gold.
I loved the interplay between Piper and Boone as their story unfolded. Their physical attraction is palpable and when they’re together everything they do to and with each other shows they care deeply. I felt for both of them, Piper because she could sense she was losing Boone and Boone because he seemed to be trapped between a rock and a hard place with regard to his relationship and his future.
This story is well written, well paced and had plenty to keep me interested and wondering what would come next.

I’m frankly a bit conflicted on Cowboy Come Home, mainly with Boone. I understood his frustration at coming from a family of a successful parent and siblings – you might even call the Telford’s a family of overachievers. I got that he wanted to make his own mark in the career he’d chosen, yet the way he treated Piper once arriving in his hometown of Marietta was far less than stellar and not what I expect from a Marietta cowboy to be frank. I had real trouble connecting with Boone, and even his actions at the ending of the story couldn’t save this cowboy in my eyes. I felt Piper was the stronger, even more mature of this couple. She went into her relationship with Boone with eyes wide open, yet she also hoped for far more from him eventually. Still, she had a plan, a goal and even with the treatment she received from Boone at times she still held on to that dream of belonging somewhere, with someone. I liked Piper, she got some raw deal moments from Boone… and I hope that Boone is worth it for her in the end. Of the two, it’s Piper that I wanted to see happy… with or without Boone.
I enjoyed Cowboy Come Home, I don’t want to give a different impression – I was simply disappointed in one character but that didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment of the story.
*I received an e-ARC of this novel from the publisher via NetGalley. That does not change what I think of this story. It is my choice to leave a review giving my personal opinion about this book.*

Steam Level: Toasty
3.5/5
While super cute and a fun read I found myself getting a little bored and irritated with the internal, turned external, drama between Boone and Piper. I found myself putting this book down, doing something else and then coming back to it. I liked the story and the characters, especially the secondary ones. I liked that Boone was this sensitive cowboy and that Piper was independent and together they were hot but I think my main issue was the lack of communication. - which is what this entire book was built around. I've heard good things about Sinclair Jayne so I will definitely try more of her books but Cowboy Come Home fell a little flat for me. If you like sexy, sensitive cowboys who can rope your heart then give Cowboy Come Home a chance.
I received an advanced copy of this book This is me honest and voluntary review.

A summer fling that Piper wants to turn into more. Boone meets Piper on a beach in California, there is an instant chemistry between the two and he invites her to tag along on the rodeo circuit for the summer. Boone has kept a secret from Piper, his home town of Marietta. Boone has always wanted to achieve success on his own accord not with his family. Piper is use to being on the move growing up, but has now found Marietta to be the place she wants to call home. Is Boone willing to stay or will he loose Piper to live his dream?
Boone and Piper had great chemistry, sexual chemistry was hot. I always love visiting Marietta and catching up with old friends. I recommend this as enjoyable read.

Boone has always felt like he didn’t measure up to his successful siblings. His father would like him to return home to help out on the family ranch but Boone doesn’t want to give up the rodeo which is the one thing that makes him feel like he has his own identity.
Due to her father’s military career Piper has never had a place to call home for any length of time. All she wants in her future is roots which would include love, family and a home.
Piper has been travelling with him for the last four months but when things come to a head can two people with such different dreams for their future find a happy ever after?
I liked how Piper gave Boone the space and time to determine while Boone worked through his feelings and decided what he really wanted. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

All Piper ever wanted was family, and too belong too someone. When she met Boone she thought he was everything she ever wanted, only problem is she needed to either convince him or show him how much he could be everything she wants and needs.
The author could have gone two ways with the way she portrayed Piper, she could have portrayed her as a clueless, helpless, codependent damsel in distress, but instead she made Piper a fighter, fearless, independent women with a good head on her shoulders while making her soft kinder spirit with a big tender heart. The chemistry in this book jumped off the pages they did not lack in that at all. While the story was a fun read I wish it was less sex and more story, it seemed Piper and Boone's relationship was all sex and nothing else for most of the book and when they finally got to the heart of the matter it seemed rush. This book does have strong adult language and situations.

I adore the 79th Copper Mountain Series and each author brings a unique story. Sinclair Jayne's Cowboy Come Home was moving about family, love and yes coming home again.
Boone found Piper in California and asked her to come with him on the Rodeo Circuit in Montana for the summer. At loose ends, she agreed. What they found was priceless but Boone wasn't sure how to process this he didn't think he was good enough for her. I enjoyed this book so much come read it and enjoy Piper and Boone's journey.

I usually love Sinclair Jayne’s books, so Cowboy Come Home is a bit of a disappointment for me. I loved the idea of coming home, introducing the new love and finding one’s place in life but it took Boone w-w-way too long to do any of that.
Boone was thought of as being a nice guy, but he said himself, he was behaving like a jerk. And he certainly was. Of course, he was no Dean, the one mediocre cowboy who grates on everyone’s nerves. Still, Boone behaves secretly badly which is something Piper does not deserved. Thank goodness for the people of Marietta.
Well-written with a smooth plot even if I didn’t identify with the main character. Not my favorite of books by Sinclair Jayne, since I wanted to jerk a knot in Boone from the very beginning. I couldn’t understand his behavior at all, nor could I sympathize with him at all.
3.5 Stars

I graded this book up from 3 1/2 stars. While this book is a fun reader, overall, it was not without issues.
Boone is a young bull rider who has a set idea of how his life needs to play out. He is likable and basically a good guy. Piper is a young women in search of a home and solid life. I liked them together and felt like they belonged together by the end of the book.
I would have given the first half of Cowboy Come Home 5 stars. About the halfway point in the book it fell apart for me. The bumps that Boone and Piper hit seem pretty trivial in comparison with the havoc that these bumps seem to create for our characters. I found the lack of mature communication between the characters annoying, and the inflexible ideas that they held them back seemed pretty stupid. But the characters were young, and not particularly mature in their actions or beliefs and they did get better at communicating by the end of the book.
I would recommend this book to anyone who likes contemporary romance.
