A fascinating memoir about a woman's determination and grit to become a Canadian mountie against all odds. I love to read about women trailblazers, so I enjoyed her story.

I liked the idea of the book. And while I did not expect New Yorker-type storytelling the book could have been better in both writing and form. It had a selfhelpy vibe and after the second mention of God I stopped counting.
