Thank you to NetGalley for providing a free e-ARC in exchange for a fair and honest review!

This mystery started off with a lot of promise, but feels very disjointed. You jump from character to character quite quickly, and because it is the first in the series, you don't know anyone. I am going to hopefully read the next book in the series to see if it settles into more of a comfortable routine (like most cozies do). Overall, the setting and the characters work well together, but we just needed more of everything!

A great discovery of a new (for me) cozy series! I loved everything in this book: the setting, the cast of characters and the plot.
The book is well written and, even if it starts slowly, it keeps you hooked till the last page.
I look forward to reading other instalment in this series.
Highly recommended!
Many thanks to St. Martin's Press and Netgalley for this ARC

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It's a clever new look at the Sherlock Holmes mystique. The Baker Street Wedding is a few books into the series. I haven't read the previous books but had no problem understanding what was happening. Reggie and Laura are well-drawn characters and their interactions are a lot of fun. After they disappear while on their honeymoon the mysterious Siger makes his appearance and he and Reggie's law clerk Lois race to locate the honeymooners. I definately want to go back and read the other books in this series . Thank you Netgalley for the opportunity to read this book.

If you love Sherlock Holmes stories or Agatha Christie mysteries, you'll love the Baker Street Brothers series.

Many thanks to Netgalley, the publisher, and the author for my ARC. All opinions are my own.

A fun, easy and well written novel that delves into the lives of two of the more tabloid famous British citizens. This book had a decent plot line and I appreciated the humor and "coziness" of this mystery. I truly felt this was an Agatha Christie murder mystery mixed in with a dash of comedy.

Another charming entry In the Brothers of Baker Street franchise. Reggie and Laura are wedded, but not quite blissfully as yet. They must dodge the paparazzi and steal away to a tiny village in Cornwall, first. Unfortunately, their arrival sets in motion a nefarious plan that was decades in the making.

Well written , fun, and light. It is a mixture of Sherlock Holmes and Agatha Christie. Every page takes you deeper and deeper into the story once you get passed the slow start. It is a thrilling read. It was almost unputdownable

Nice blend of Holmes and Christie. Not my usual read, but I did like it, through if i had read some of the others it would have been easier to keep track of the characters.

An interesting book, and one for the Sherlock Holmes fans. Wasn't really my cup of tea, but having said that, it flowed well, the story was rather intriguing and the kept me reading till the end.

Laura and Reggie get married and want to enjoy their honeymoon out of the public eye. A request for help from one of Laura's old school teachers takes them to Bodfyn in Cornwall where Laura gets asked to star in the local production of Macbeth.

Laura soon goes missing and when Reggie goes to look for her he also disappears. The heroes of the hour are Siger and Lois.

There are earlier books in the series and I think it would have been helpful to have read them so I'd have understood the characters better.

It's an easy to read and an enjoyable way to spend an afternoon.

Thank you NetGalley and St. Martin's Press for the eARC.
This was my first book in the series and I thought it was a fun, quick read. It is an old-fashioned read, reminiscent of cozies, but with cell phones.
The beginning chapter, set in the past in Bodfyn, Cornwall, was particularly enjoyable. The rest of the book takes us from London back to Bodfyn, where newlyweds Laura and Reggie are trying to hide from the paparazzi to enjoy their honeymoon, but it's not to be. Danger lurks and it all comes to a head as the whole village is attending the premiere of Macbeth, performed by locals. Reggie can't find Laura, who was supposed to play a part in the play, and is frantically searching for her, to no avail.
We then meet two new characters, Siger and Lois, which was a bit confusing to me as they become the main protagonists for the rest of the book. I probably could have benefited from reading the previous books. Siger is very reminiscent of Sherlock Holmes and ends up saving the day.
All in all it was pleasant read.

Well written , fun, light, and a delightful mixture of a Holmes and Christie mash-up. This is my first book by Robertson. I’m going to go back and read his others. Highly Recommended .
