The workbook goes wonderfully with the book. Allows you to write down your own thoughts to the teachings.

This workbook goes along with the book “find your fit.” I would recommend it as a useful companion

A workbook for older teens and young adults
The goal of "Find Your Fit Discovery Workbook. Discover Your Unique Design" written by Kevin Johnson, Jane Kise, and Karen Eilers and published by Bethany House Publishers is to offer a workbook that accompanies the "Find Your Fit. Unlock God's Unique Design for Your Talents, Spiritual Gifts, and Personality" book written by the same authors. The resource is a valuable addition which can help the reader to discover interests, abilities, spiritual gifts, values, and personality and narrow them down to the best fit. The book does not present a specific career, but is a help in the choice of one.
The authors present different personalities: realistic, investigative, artistic, socials, enterprises, and conventional with profiles that include characteristics, examples of persons who fit in that group, challenges, career possibilities, and interests and abilities. The book also includes help to discover values with definitions for the various ones as well as help to discover the personality type (extroversion or introversion, sensing or intuition, thinking or feeling, judging or perceiving) and information where a certain personality type prefers to serve. There are self-assessment questions for going deeper and group exercises.
I highly recommend this book to older teens and young adults, for individual study or, better yet, for study in a group with an instructor or mentor. It is also advisable to use the printed version of the book and not the ebook since it is a workbook with a lot of worksheets.
The complimentary copy of this book was provided by the publisher through NetGalley free of charge. I was under no obligation to offer a positive review. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

Find Your Fit Workbook
This is a companion to the book Find your Fit. It provides questions and deeper insight for the reader. It is more than just a personality test. In addition to personality, it helps you look into your interests, abilities, spirituals gifts, and values.
I would recommend this book for teens and young adults that are not sure what they want to do with their life. I would also recommend it for anyone who is interested in learning more about

I received this book from Netgalley. I was not required to write a positive review.

These would be a great gift for any teenager in life, especially prior to graduation from high school!

There are so many choices of careers available that it can be hard for high school students to decide what direction to go in. What goes into making that kind of decision, and what classes are going to be needed? The Find Your Fit Discovery Workbook gives students a place to start.

The workbook is meant to be used in a group environment with an instructor that will help the participants with each section. Students are led through several areas to help them see how they were created and what that means when it comes to choosing a career path. Interests, abilities, values, and personality types are described, then questions are provided to help narrow down which ones fit best.

This book is not meant to show you the exact career to aim for, but it will help give you a direction to go. Job types that fit specific attributes are given to help participants have a place to start. The questions are straight forward, and the teenagers using the workbook will be able to complete the sections easily.

The Find Your Fit Discovery Workbook would be a good resource for any high school student, even if they already have an idea of what they want to do. The book can help them better understand themselves and how they will fit into a particular career.

I received a complimentary copy from the publisher through NetGalley. All opinions are my own.
