This book is a good reinforcement to many other books, speeches and other material that is already out there for self-improvement. I have read many and did not find any new material here, what I did like was the exercise focus at the end of each chapter. Putting the chapter and the work in on the material is important, it takes the reader from just a reader, to a student of the material presented.
This is a great book for someone who is just started to get into business be it a fitness business or another type of business. As a person in the fitness industry, I found Bedros' story to be very interesting. The way he took risks, had to hide the fact that he was in major arrears from his wife, and the way he changed his outlook on life was really a great story. Although I enjoyed the information Bedros had to share, I felt like after a while the book was a bit redundant. And enough with successful people telling people that they HAVE to wake up early in the morning to get things done more efficiently. I'm pretty sure there are successful people who do not get up at the buttcrack of dawn but at a normal time to start their day. This book was a good read but dragged on a bit.
Thank you to Netgalley, Bedros Keuilian, and Ben Bella Books for my ARC in exchange for an honest review.
