A terrific addition to a charming series. Blueberry festival adds entertainment and excitement. A bit of romance, a dead body, of course, and some revelations. I look forward to reading the next one in this engaging series.

Concerned about her upcoming wedding Marlee Jacob feels fiance Ryan Zeller is becoming more and more controlling but when she sees him almost kill a man her concern turns to trepidation. When that man is later murdered Ryan becomes a top suspect. Marlee thinks he must be innocent but as the facts unravel she soon discovers she does not know the real Ryan.

I enjoyed all the different facets of the story which made it a fun challenge to try and figure out the real murderer. With an interesting twist at the end all was revealed. Thanks to Kensington Publishing and NetGalley for an ARC in exchange to a fair and honest review. I look forward to book #4 in A Berry Basket Mystery series.

This fast paced, fun mystery captivated my attention from the very first page. Marlee Jacobs, the lead character, is quick witted and clever. Marlee owns The Berry Basket, a shop in the tourist town of Oriole Point, Michigan. she is engaged to Ryan, but is having second thoughts about marrying him as he is pressuring her to sell her valuable family home on Lake Michigan. But their engagement is still on as the go to the Berry Blow Out Festival where Ryan's family vies against that of his nemesis Porter and leads to a physical altercation between the men, When Porter is later found dead after his insulin was replaced with potassium chloride, Ryan, whose mother is a diabetic and who runs a berry farm which uses potassium chloride, becomes the main suspect. Marlee isn't sure about marrying Ryan but she doesn't believe he is a murderer, so she tries to figure out who actually committed the crime. This plot has many twists and turns and an ending I absolutely did not see coming. With its likeable characters and polished plot, this is a story you will long remember.

Sharon Farrow was brave in her latest offering in A Berry Basket Mystery series. "Killed on Blueberry Hill' examines Marlee's relationships, especially with her fiancee Ryan. The result is a roller coaster ride of suspense, emotions and surprises. I'd strongly recommend getting the beginning of the series, it makes this book so much more satisfying. Keep them coming!

Killed On Blueberry Hill is a fast paced cozy mystery that will leave the reader guessing until the end.
Marlee Jacob is a fun, down to earth character and her role in this book is fabulous.
There is plenty of excitement at the Blueberry Blow Out celebration and when Marlee ends up in the middle of another murder investigation, she has no idea what's in store for her.
I enjoy this series and the author creates a nice story filled with colorful personalities.

I volunteered to read and review an ARC of this book provided by the publisher and NetGalley.

This mystery had all the boxes checked, great characters, a superb storyline, and a victim who more people hated than liked. The town in this series is utterly delightful and the author does such a good job going over details without making you feel that it is too much. The writing was wonderful and it is always a treat to visit with characters you are familiar with. A great read and wonderful addition to the series!
