What a sweet, sweet, emotional love story. I’m a huge fan of Sawyer’s Cold Fury series, and, two books in, and the Arizona Vengeance have well and truly stolen my heart. Erik Dahlbeck may have been a player both on and off the ice, but he’s willing to put all that behind him for a chance to date one of the team’s flight attendants, Blue Gardner. Blue has a lot more to worry about than looking after The Arizona Vengeance when they play away games, she has responsibilities that really do take precedence over dating playboys and going out and having fun. When Erik finally breaks through her tough exterior, they both learn that life can be better together. Of course nothing is ever straight forward, and they have a few hurdles to jump along the way. A wonderful story, beautifully written, full of love, life and possibilities. I loved the characters (of course), the writing and the story also were perfect. No complaints from me, I was hooked from the get-go. Roll on Legend. I was provided with an advanced copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley. This is my honest review.

I really enjoyed Erik by Sawyer Bennett.

The storyline grabbed my attention from the first page and held my interest until the end.
I loved Erik and Blue, they made me laugh, they made me swoon and they touched my heart with their tenderness and heartfelt moments.
Their story brought out all the feels, I was happy they were able to find a balance between them with honest communication and to respect/trust one another.
Erik loved Blue and Billy unconditionally and I loved his big heart.

Erik is an excellent installment to the Arizona Vengeance series, can't wait to get my hands on Legend's book next, coming Feb 5th 2019.

*Thank you to the author via Netgalley for the advance copy, in exchange for my honest thoughts.*

Erik was another great addition to the Arizona Vengeance Series by Sawyer Bennett. I think I might have even liked this one better than Bishop (Book 1).

I absolutely LOVE Sawyer’s stories about hockey hunks. They are the perfect mix of sports, humor, steam and romance with just enough drama to keep you interested.

Erik is a fun and entertaining read, but with the emotion you expect to to get when reading a Sawyer Bennett book. I thought the flow and pace of the story worked well. I did think the ending was kind of abrupt, would’ve liked an epilogue to finish off their story. But this is truly an enjoyable read. This is a standalone novel that is told in Dual POV. You don’t have to read this series in order, but I would always recommend it. Erik is a enemies to lovers second chance romance. Although it focuses more on the enemies part than the second chance.

We follow Erik and Blue in this story. Erik plays for the Arizona Vengeance hockey team. But that’s not all he is known for, he is also a player off the ice. He has never hidden the fact that he likes women but not relationships. That is until Blue walks into his life, or should I say his plane ;) Instantly drawn to Blue he tries to strike up a conversation, but she isn’t having it. Blue is a flight attendant on the Vengeance’s private plane. What Erik doesn’t understand is why Blue is so defensive toward him. Will Blue give Erik the chance to right his wrongs from the past?? Can these two find a HEA together? What happens when Blue’s personal life conflicts with her time with Erik?? Read this story to get all those answers.

I loved getting to know more of the guys from this new hockey team, but I also loved the cameos of the Cold Fury team. I look forward to reading more books in this series.

I would 100% recommend this book to everyone!! If you are a fan of Sawyer’s Cold Fury series, then you are going to want to meet the men of the Arizona Vengeance!!! Make sure you have a fan and some water when you read this book ;)

This is book 2 in the series and I think I love it more than book 1. Eric is the star and is a seriously sweet guy. He has a HUGE crush on the stewardess on his teams plane, Blue. But Blue HATES him with a passion no matter what he does. That is because they have met before...and I cannot share how.... sorry no spoilers here.

Blue is pretty wonderful herself but she also has a lot of responsibilities and one is for her brother who has cerebal palsy and lives in a home. This is a big plot point in the story, as it ends up causing a rift with Eric but again no spoilers.

I can tell you this is a wonderfully written story and I loved both Blue and Eric. Together they are sweet, hot and very romantic. I am absolutely loving this series and each book easily stands alone.

Erik and Blue are characters you want to root for from the beginning, He is pretty much the most romantic, sweetest sexiest guy (who needed to prove himself at first and did). She is fierce and doesn’t take any crap from him. Together they are simply the best.

Could possibly be one of my top three Sawyer Bennett books!
(I’ll have to give that further thought)
What I don’t have to give further thought to is the incredible heart this story has. Well done!
