I think the title is misleading because it is a book for musicians mainly. I think the book should be one or another. It also tries to be general, about learning. I liked that part and I think if the author is clearer about what he wants his book to be about, the result would be much better.

Though it draws insight on music, this book is what you need to simply remind yourself to keep going when you find yourself losing sight of your goal.
The writing is simple and easy to read.
