A wonderful introduction into the tumultuous & fascinating world of ”fast fashion.” Why are clothes more expensive today, while quality has sprinted into the other direction? Who’s really making your clothes & are they fairly paid? What happens after we donate clothes? All these questions (and more!) are throughly poured over; even if the author’s solutions are anything but “fast” to answer. Read with Dana Thomas’ exposing book on luxury fashion, and completely recommend as sister/cousin book.
