This book is an easy to use guide to meal prep for men. While the book is geared towards men it could easily be used for women as well. Excellent recipes and pictures.

I tried only a few of Kevin's recipes and was very impressed, I loved his approach to meal prepping how to set yourself for success and the food was very easy and good!
