I won't be able to leave a review for this book; I requested it in a past lifetime of my NetGalley use (about ten years ago!) and it no longer fits with my reading interests. If I ever do end up reading it I'll come back and update this!

I was interested to see where Jay would take this sequel to Juliet Immortal and I was not disappointed! Her take on the classic tale is as unique as it is unusual I. the very best way! I've read and seen Romeo and Juliet more times than I can count in all different forms and retellings and yet Jay's take is by far my favorite! Bravo!

I really enjoyed the first book, but unfortunately, this sequel was just kind of bland for me. I didn't hate it by any means, but I didn't have as much excitement for this story.

I can't remember the first book really well and just can't get into this one without remembering it.
