I certainly enjoyed this read but it did feel quite dated in some of its illustrations and statistics. I assumed this was an updated version of the original book but it seems it's just a new cover. Many of the stories or statistics and references to things like technology are from the mid 90s and early 2000s and would be much more effective if updated.
Overall though this was an easy read that summarized the biblical idea of fruit of the Spirit well and offered lots of practical tips. Would recommend to a new believer or anyone looking to teach on the subject.

Ehh, I wanted so much to like this book. I was so excited to read. I am so disappointed it wasn't better. It just seemed the author spent more time quoting other books and authors than he did sharing his own opinion. The book jumped all over the place.
I am sure there is an audience for this book. I am not that audience which is unfortunate because I typically love Christian nonfiction books.
