This book was a nice quick and easy read to give some basic ideas of eating mindfully. Some things I already have been trying but a lot was new information and ideas. I felt like the suggestions were things I could implement immediately in order to be more mindful when eating.

Mindful Eating on the Go was an interesting read. I have just started to learn about mindfulness and this was an area I knew next to nothing about. I hadn't realized that mindful eating was even a "thing" until I saw this book here on netgalley. I really did enjoy the book, and will be rethinking my own eating in an effort to be more mindful using the techniques Bay shares.

Another Highly insightful book on mindful eating by one of my favorite authors on mindfulness. I will purchase this one when it comes out and carry it with me in my purse to look at as I go about my daily work and errands. I especially loved reading and learning about the many different aspects of hunger… I had never really thought of this before and it is making a difference on my Journey.

Mindful Eating On The Go is a great book with some valuable incites to eating. I recommend everyone should read this book if you have a busy life and are constantly on the go.
